🗣️ Congress passed a continuing resolution that funds #WIC fully until December 11, but we still need them to fully fund WIC through the rest of FY27 AND make virtual services permanent. ❗️ Take Action today!: bit.ly/fundwic27

SNAP participants who lost their benefits due to the ABAWD time limit may be eligible again. NYS began a new 36-month ABAWD tracking period on 10/1/26. Anyone who lost benefits due to the ABAWD rule before Oct. 1 can reapply or ask to be added back to their household's case.

We applaud @RepRitchie & @RepGraceMeng for leading a NYS House Delegation letter to ensure all states receive the SNAP cost-shift 2-year delay. Unless Congress acts, NY taxpayers will soon face a $1.2B penalty even though the state's SNAP payment accuracy has improved.
