Just did a video call with a female Indian big tech manager who just read and really enjoyed Vandalising Ireland. She reached out to tell me more about big tech hiring in Ireland - it's grim.
She arrived in Ireland in the early 00s, can't believe how reckless FF/G have been with mass immigration - particularly in big tech.
Lots of interesting nuggets in there including how FF/G are heavily courting new Indian arrivals as soon as they arrive. She said FF/G will recruit some Indians who in turn set up mass WhatsApp groups to heavily recruit among their communities. They are being organised to be ethnic voting blocs for FF/G. So replacement voting for FF/G once their boomer vote dies off is not a conspiracy theory. It is happening right now on WhatsApp.
She is Bengali and high-skilled, married to an Irish man and integration focused having arriving at a time when managers were largely Irish and hired mainly Irish or at least many Europeans. Said was proud to hire on merit and among Irish where possible but that gave away among US multinationals starting in 2009 and going into over-drive in 2012 as young Indian managers began hiring exclusively from back home. She said many younger managers would be uncomfortable managing older Irish workers or non-Indians so they only recruit from home ensuring their authority isn't in question.
A big change she sees is that Modi Hindu nationalists with a supremacist mentality and zero interest in integration now dominate Indians coming in. She can't believe how naive FF/G are thinking they can control them politically and is sure that once they have the numbers, they will form their own political blocs either to dominate FF/G or to set up their own interest parties.
Other quick points:
1. Indians love Ireland because the US H1B visa is essentially a slave contract that ties them to a company whereas the Irish immigration and work laws are seen as loose acting as a major pull factor.
2. She tried to start a company in the 00s but could get little to no Enterprise Ireland investment for R&D though her product had demand internationally and she could deliver better and cheaper than Google. She would have had a small footprint so able to rely on native workers rather than overseas. She said her experience of working in Ireland for 25 years is that FF/G do not care about indigenous start-ups, only multinationals.
3. She said the workers coming from India are not filling critical skills gaps. Most US big tech are sales and marketing and not advanced skills-driven. She said often Irish workers are overlooked by the US multinationals because the US and India have intensive coaching schools for cracking big tech interviews. Because of demand, the interviews are much more demanding than the actual day-to-day duties of the job. Indians cram for these, Irish do not. So often, native Irish who could do jobs perfectly well are overlooked for Indians who know their way around the interview. It has little to do with a skills gap and jobs that could go to natives instead go to Indians.
4. She sees a backlash coming with poor handling of immigration. She fears for her kid. She understands that when people get angry, nuance goes out the door and that mass immigration is foolish and leads to conflict.
Interesting chat.
Our government moans and groans continually about the cost of paying the miserable state pension to people who have worked and contributed all their lives.
They had zero problem with paying the exact same state pension to Ukrainians who have never worked a day in Ireland.
The migrants coming to Ireland aren't here to pay our pensions they're here to rob our pensions.

Bruton is his surname, cushy number in an NGO that is government funded. The Irish taxpayer being forced to fund their own extinction.
They can all feck off back where they came from.
Grifting scumbags one and all!

On tonight’s @rtenews Six One the Gardai (Irish police) read a statement after the sentencing of Muslim terrorist Abdullah Khan, a self-proclaimed Salafi-Jihadi. The statement said that Khan was motivated by “an extremist ideology based upon a perversion of a legitimate faith”.
But how is it a “perversion” if no Sunni Islamic authorities have declared it unambiguously Haram (forbidden)?

Can somebody explain to me like I'm 8 why Irish people are dying homeless on the street & many elderly can't heat their homes, while undocumented/unvetted migrant men from Africa & the Middle East are dining in fancy 4 & 5 star hotels which are all paid for by Irish taxpayers??👇

A Nicaraguan ex-member of a Los Angeles gang targeted Irish midlands children on social media.
Drugged them, raped them, tattooed one of them, kept one in his apartment while their parents looked for them.
And all details were omitted from the news.

The same @PMaryMcAleese who supports small girls being covered from head to toe in the name of Islam because their hair and bodies are temptations for men, honour killings, FGM, wife beatings, child marriage, forced marriage, etc.
"Mary McAleese is attacking infant baptism — and the parents who choose it for their children." MARIA MAYNES says it’s time for the Catholic bishops to stop being afraid of McAleese and her broken record:

It’s time the government defunded all NGOs that work against the interest of the Irish people.
Around a dozen Government-funded activist NGOs, including at least one funded by George Soros' Open Societies Foundation, have banded together to protest outside the Dáil against the Government's new stricter citizenship rules.

6 in 10 (59%) of all the homeless people in emergency accommodation in Dublin are not Irish.
23% are from the EU/EEA or the UK and 36% are the rest of the world. Only 41% are Irish.
It's costing the taxpayer hundreds of millions to house people who shouldn't be here.
NGOs and immigrants don’t get to decide what our citizenship laws should be.

Women who wear modesty clothing to appease men have no place in Irish classrooms. They are giving the wrong message to girls about their place in the world.
They are also the same women who think it’s perfectly acceptable for Muslim men to rape non-Muslim girls.
The woke Department of Education have developed a programme to get more Africans to become teachers in Ireland.
A spokesperson for the Department of Education said a programme has been developed to target underrepresented groups to remove barriers to entry into teaching. This is a one-year foundation programme on top of the four-year teaching degree.
For the 2026/27 academic year, Mary Immaculate College in Limerick has made 30 places available in the programme, in partnership with Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board (ETB) and Tipperary ETB
"The response to the programme has been extremely encouraging, with more than 1,500 applications received for the inaugural intake.' Higher Education Minister James Lawless said.
