U.S. Housing Market sales just hit the lowest level ever in September 2026. The NAR's pending sales index just fell to 66.0. Which is the worst reading ever recorded. 50% lower than the pandemic peak, 35% lower than 2019 levels, and lower than any period during the 2008-09 downturn. Homebuyers are boycotting the housing market due to excessively high prices, and mortgage rates back above 7%. Meaning the U.S. remains mired in the biggest homebuyer recession in history, and it just got worse (sales down 11% YoY). The upside here is it's now a good time to make low ball offers on houses. I’ve always admired Elon. In my opinion, he is the greatest industrialist of our time, perhaps even of all time. His ability to challenge conventional thinking, push technological boundaries, and inspire millions of people is truly remarkable. PREDICTION: I’m calling it. $TSLA @tesla is turning the Roadster into a flying car using the MOSAIC #EVTOL guidelines from the FAA. This will be REVOLUTIONARY because most other eVTOLs are being designed as a “flying drone for humans” and NOT as a dual-function CAR meant for traditional roads AND a flying, passenger carrying eVTOL meant for personal use. BRAVO @elonmusk & the @Tesla team yet again!! The Tesla Roadster becoming a flying car using the MOSAIC FAA guidelines will also be incredibly compelling in the eVTOL space due to its already proven FSD full self drive ability on its traditional EV platforms and how that will translate into easy to navigate destination input for the “pilot” of the eVTOL. Not to mention the obvious talents of Tesla’s “sister” company SpaceX in the rocket 🚀 / propulsion and re-use / docking dominance. OFF WE GO & GROW ! BULLISH 🐂
