Konno-Rastan aortoventriculoplasty: Bioprosthetic aortic valve replacement carried out with a patch of bovine pericardium augmenting the left ventricular outflow tract and aortic annulus anteriorly. C, Superior vena cava (SVC) to right atrium (RA) continuity is reestablished. D, Inferior vena cava (IVC) to RA continuity is performed using polytetrafluoroethylene graft of existing Fontan conduit.
