When “Mr. 67” is from your school and the 67th day of school lands on Tuesday before Thanksgiving break. You celebrate with a pep rally and 6-7 gear to pass out to the students. Special Thank you to Taylen for making a quick motivational video for our students!

I had great road trip this weekend with my main man. We got to tour Allen Fieldhouse, watch the Jayhawks defeat WVU, eat at Stanley James, and I received a scholarship for my Ed.D. Program. #RockChalk #FatherSonBonding

Your habits run your life. They decide whether you succeed or fail.
Yet, most people spend time dreaming about their future, completely ignoring the small, everyday decisions shaping it.
Here’s how to build habits that work for you, not against you:
Start small!
- Instead of "I’ll exercise an hour every day," start with 5 minutes. Build consistency first.
Create triggers!
- Link your new habit to an existing one. For example, “After my morning coffee, I’ll write for 10 minutes.”
Measure progress!
- Track how many times you stick to your habit. It builds momentum.
Success isn’t about big leaps.
It’s about small steps taken every single day.
