Your habits run your life. They decide whether you succeed or fail. Yet, most people spend time dreaming about their future, completely ignoring the small, everyday decisions shaping it. Here’s how to build habits that work for you, not against you: Start small! - Instead of "I’ll exercise an hour every day," start with 5 minutes. Build consistency first. Create triggers! - Link your new habit to an existing one. For example, “After my morning coffee, I’ll write for 10 minutes.” Measure progress! - Track how many times you stick to your habit. It builds momentum. Success isn’t about big leaps. It’s about small steps taken every single day.
