Zomato is fooling customers. And I am sure I am not the only one they are doing this with.
On 15 August, I ordered a multigrain sandwich from Subway. I received normal bread.
I contacted Zomato support. They said, "Send an email, we will reply within 24 hours."
I sent the email. 7 days have passed. Still no reply.
What a pathetic system.
They even asked me for live photos as proof during the chat. I sent them. Instead of checking it and solving the issue, they just told me to email and disappeared.
And @zomato, don't ask me for my Order ID.
If I give you the Order ID, you will solve only my problem. I want to know how many other customers you are fooling like this. I'll wait.
I just want to know one thing: How many days does it take for Zomato to reply to a simple customer complaint? Or do you just never reply?
Every day, more than 20 lakh orders happen on Zomato. Imagine how many people must be facing such issues.
JagoGrahakJago, please look into this nonsense system.
Zomato should solve customer problems directly instead of making people run around with useless chats and emails.

My YouTube channel Tech Dekhoji is gone. Just like that 💔
10 YEARS of my life.
1,700+ videos.
Countless days, nights, Sundays & holidays spent building this channel - deleted overnight without a single warning.
What makes this even harder to accept - in 10 years, we never received even ONE Community Guidelines strike. We’re a YouTube Partner and have always taken YouTube’s policies seriously while creating content around tech & gadgets
And yet, the entire channel simply vanished.
No warning.
No opportunity to explain.
No human reaching out before wiping out a decade of work.
This is exactly why creators should be worried about long term partnership & automated enforcement. One wrong decision can erase someone’s life’s work overnight.
I genuinely believe this is a mistake and urgently request @YouTube @YouTubeIndia @nealmohan @YTCreatorsIndia @YouTubeCreators to have a HUMAN manually review what happened to Tech Dekhoji.
To the tech community, creators and everyone I’ve connected with over these 15+ years - I need your support today 🙏
Please amplify this until someone at YouTube actually looks into it.

Reaching a real human at YouTube is effectively a paid feature.
Their own support pages make it clear: Creator Support prioritises creators already monetising in the YouTube Partner Program.
Starting 1 February 2027 the price of entry goes up.
New creators will need 8,000 qualified watch hours (double the current 4,000) or 20 million Shorts views (up from 10 million).
Existing partners are safe. Everyone still climbing gets the higher wall.

That’s 480,000 minutes of actual watch time inside a rolling year.
YouTube’s VP of Creator Product, Amjad Hanif, called it “just adjustments based on the amazing growth of the creator ecosystem.”
Growth for them. A higher gate for everyone else.
And once you’re inside, the same automated systems and bot loops still decide whether you stay monetised or get stuck begging for a human review.
