@BaltimoreDPW Why would you provide a non-fillable trash can request form in response to a 311 request that must be printed, completed, and emailed back, when you could as easily provide an online form. Or you know, just respond to the 311 request. Classic government failure.

Hello @GretaThunberg
I have 33 cars.
My Bugatti has a w16 8.0L quad turbo.
My TWO Ferrari 812 competizione have 6.5L v12s.
This is just the start.
Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions.
How many Baltimore community street festivals will be to reschedule because BOPA moved Artscape to September? Never mind that it can be cold and rainy in the end of September.

The problem with the @JohnsHopkins police online town hall process is we have no transparency into what questions are or are not being asked. I participated in all three town halls and my question was never selected for answer. A waste of hours of my time. – at Baltimore, MD
Incredibly Sad Bird News. I learned that the Free State Book Bindery in Hampden has been purchased and will be razed. As many know, the huge chimney on this property is used by Chimney Swifts as a place to sleep during their annual southern migration to eastern Peru. 🧵1/6
We’ve seen a ~70% decline in the Chimney Swift population since the 70s. This species will go extinct without human intervention. Hampden will also lose an annual event that brings neighbors together night after night. Talk about taking the charm out of Charm City! 5/6
If I’m being honest, I’m not hopeful that we can do much to save this chimney. But it’s also important to let our elected officials, including council person @odetteramos know that these chimneys are important. The birds aren’t gone yet. 6/6
Anyone tried to get a tree or stump grinding from @TreeBaltimore lately? Been trying to get them to grind a stump in a tree box and provide a tree for 6+ months. They said spring but now it’s nearly fall.
Baltimore People! What do you know about the #RenewBaltimore effort to lower property taxes? Obviously I’d love to reduce my taxes, but not potentially at the expense of vital services. Lay it on me!

I organized the statewide #DSGWalkout today in response to attempts to silence and erase the LGBTQ+ community in Florida. I was indefinitely suspended from my school for organizing a peaceful rally. Read my full statement below.
This is so incredibly shitty. Dollar General stores are bad for communities. See ProPublica report.

Same developer as Northwood Plaza, who didn’t tell community members he was eliminating critical elements of the plans, immediately after those community members gave their support for City approvals.
I have yet to see him do more than what’s necessary to serve only himself. – at Baltimore, MD
The developer never told community leaders he was leasing his bldg in Waverly to a @DollarGeneral - and legally he didn't have to. bit.ly/3GLZDlD But they say he had to know they didn't want it. bit.ly/3GLZDlD Some are so angry there is talk of a boycott.

What's with Patterson Park not being mowed at all this year? That's the danged crown jewel of city parks and it looks abandoned. @RecNParks @MayorBMScott @Zeke_Cohen #pattersonpark
