So many of these DAL passing concepts are just DAL silo-ing their receivers and hoping they can individually win to generate success. Other offenses constantly use motion, stacks/bunches, combination routes to stress the DAL's defense's communication and put defenders in conflict, but the Cowboys refuse to do that on offense with any sort of consistency. They think the talent will carry them because the scheme/design sure as hell isn't on way too many snaps. #Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys are obviously not a very good team But they are worse because of their head coach and offensive play-caller

“Appointed, but never empowered.” 🧠 Mark Schlereth explains why no Cowboys coach since Jimmy Johnson has had a real chance in Dallas.

Pat Narduzzi on Miami: "We ran into a buzzsaw ... They're the number one team in the country. They're no joke. They're averaging 45 points a game and they're number 1, number 2, number 3 in just about every damn category. I don't know if I've faced a team [like that]." #Pitt

LET’S EXAMINE BRIAN SCHOTTENHEIMER’S 9 WINS… I’ve been going back and examining all nine victories under Brian Schottenheimer, and something is really starting to stand out to me. Only TWO of those nine wins came against teams that had winning records when Dallas played them. The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs. Both games were decided by just THREE points. Now, this isn’t about beating up Schottenheimer. He’s still relatively early in his head coaching career, and I’m willing to let the rest of this season unfold. But here’s where I have a legitimate concern. WHERE IS THE COACHING ADVANTAGE? When I examine these victories, I’m asking myself how many were won because the coaching staff outschemed, outprepared or outadjusted the opponent, versus how many were won primarily because of the talent on the field. And yes, coaching deserves credit when the team executes and wins. But we also have to hold that same coaching staff accountable when things go wrong. We cannot continue pointing exclusively at the defense as if the head coach has nothing to do with it. The offense is his responsibility. The defense is his responsibility. Special teams, preparation, discipline, situational football and game management all fall under HIS leadership. Otherwise, he could have remained an offensive coordinator. I’m not saying Schottenheimer cannot become a good head coach. I’m saying that through nine victories, I haven’t seen enough consistent evidence that his coaching gives Dallas an advantage over its opponents. And there’s a BIG difference between having enough talent to win a game and having a coaching staff capable of elevating that talent. We can celebrate the wins while still evaluating HOW those wins happened. SO HERE’S MY QUESTION TO COWBOYS NATION: Of these nine victories, which game can you point to and say, without hesitation, that Brian Schottenheimer and his coaching staff were the DIFFERENCE in Dallas winning? What was the adjustment? What was the strategic advantage? What coaching decision changed the outcome? I’m genuinely interested in hearing your answers. Because accountability isn’t hate. It’s part of evaluating leadership. Stand tall or not at all. ☆ #Cowboys #DallasCowboys #LawNation ▶️ youtube.com/@lawnationsports…
