My best tip for a micromanager boss is to treat them the way they treat you. Just bombard them with information. Constant updates to what you're doing. Loop them in to every single email you send. Add them to every call. Be like the FBI overwhelming a small time lawyer in a movie

StonkFun Update
(November 4th)
Daily:
Revenue: $74,987
Burned: 361.9K $STONK
Cumulative:
Revenue: $39.65M
Holder Rewards: $100.22M

Most people still see $STONK as another Solana launchpad.
That’s a massive mispricing of what StonkFun is actually building.
Look at the numbers:
• 196K+ indexed tokens
• 5.1K+ graduations
• 145K+ Reward Mode launches
• $42.49M in cumulative fees
• $37.16M in protocol revenue
• $22.18M in on-chain STONK buybacks
• 22.1% of the initial STONK supply burned
But the real story is the infrastructure.
StonkFun became Raydium LaunchLab’s first live custom-pair integration.
It brought permissionless launches against tokenized stocks, ETFs, crypto assets and other quote assets.
It built Reward Coins, Community Mode, Standard V2 and CLMM launches, automated holder rewards and an ecosystem flywheel that has already bought and burned $1.13M across 141 different tokens.
It even introduced Feed, a public community-driven build loop.
In September, its launches generated $921M on bonding curves + $1.89B on graduated Raydium pools.
That’s $2.81B in combined trading volume in ONE month.
And from Sept 1 to Oct 11, stock-paired memecoins generated $1.76B in Solana DEX volume, with roughly 80% attributed to StonkFun by Blockworks.
Now look at valuation:
$STONK: ~$98M market cap.
$PUMP: ~$1.91B market cap.
Yet their 30-day revenues are ~$4.65M vs ~$40.73M.
A ~19.5x valuation gap against an ~8.8x revenue gap.
Yes, revenue has cooled. Yes, Pump has copied custom pairs and competition is fierce.
But StonkFun has already demonstrated something most launchpads haven’t:
It can create new markets, attract liquidity, monetize activity and distribute value back into its ecosystem.
This isn’t just a memecoin narrative anymore.
It’s launchpad infrastructure meeting tokenized finance, with an actual on-chain business model.
The market needs to look beyond the ticker.
$STONK deserves serious attention.

Most people don't know how to manage humans, so they're going to suck at managing AI employees too.

Most people are still using AI the wrong way.
They ask it questions.
Elon Musk just pointed at the right way.
Yesterday, Jason Ginsberg wrote: "Treat Grok Bot like a teammate and give @bot an ambitious task you'd normally give to a new hire."
Elon's answer: "This is the way."
Three words. A whole shift in how we work.
Here's what that looks like in real life.
Scott Billows runs a business with a very traditional sales cycle. Deals that take months to cultivate.
He pointed Grok Bot at his company's tools.
It dug through the past. Surfaced old prospects and customers nobody was calling anymore. Handed them to his sales reps.
Two weeks in, a closed deal.
His words: "Without Grok Bot we most likely would not have reached out to this past customer."
Think about that.
Not a faster search. Not a smarter autocomplete. Not a chatbot.
A teammate that found money hiding in plain sight.
Everyone thought AI would be a better answer machine.
It's actually a new kind of colleague.
Elon put it plainly back in October: "assume you are hiring a super competent employee."
Not a tool you open. Someone you hand the job to.
The team keeps adding powers. Product pages. Order tracking. Payments. Team Bots your whole company can share.
Every week the job description gets longer.
Here's the part almost nobody sees yet.
For all of history, having a team was a privilege. Only the rich, the big companies, the well-connected could delegate.
Everyone else did everything alone.
That wall is falling.
A small shop owner. A single parent. A sailor at sea. Anyone can now say: "Here's the mission. Go."
When everyone gets a team, everyone becomes a builder.
And a civilization of builders doesn't stay small for long.
Stop asking AI questions.
Give it a job.
