wise words
It’s both, or all 3 or 4 aspects of crypto are important. 1) SoV matters because the world is unstable and there is a non zero chance that the local superpower falls apart. bitcoin matters 2) privacy matters because technology improvements increase the power of the state more than the individual 3) “blockchain” matters, because fully on chain transparent ledgers of everything that happens in the markets you are operating in reduce a bunch of risks, aka archegos/knight capital. Putting everything onchain is good for markets 4) smart contracts matter because 3 and 2 and 1 require a bunch of innovation that we can’t predict. Can’t build 1 and 2 without censorship resistance, pita to build 3 without programmability

Saying software is dead because anyone can build it is like saying photography is dead now that everyone in the world has a camera in their pocket Not only is it not dead it's the beginning of the Kodak Brownie moment for software, and we will see an absolute explosion of it It will be the first generation for who building software will feel no different than using it. This is crazy! The quality and bar of what we expect from our everyday apps will be raised dramatically, we'll have personal software, we'll have disposable software, and agents will be the foundation for most of it Tech has always been chaotic and evolving, the people who have been able to adapt and move in front of new opportunities have always excelled, this is nothing new, I'm seeing it now and we'll see it 10 years from now Find the opportunities in the chaose and disruption, there are countless of them

long term vision always
When you look back, you’ll wish you’d just done the long-term version of everything.

As it turns out, the formula for being a high performer is incredibly simple and incredibly hard at the same time show up every day, do the hard work, bring your best, and expect the same from the people around you. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to be an athlete, founder, streamer, or comedian. The formula is the same. The difference is just the specialization. That’s how you compete with startups 10x bigger than you or people with more resources than you. And you hope the people you’re competing with slow down, get distracted, make excuses, or surround themselves with people who are incompetent Most people aren’t built to operate this way consistently. That’s what separates good from excellent.

to build a cool product now, you really only need two ppl: one dude with exceptional vision & taste who knows what should exist & can provide the right feedback loops for iteration. & one dude who is absolutely relentless about making it real no matter what. that’s it. & sometimes these two are the same.

yeah you can build a brand with AI but I still want to work with an artist. We still need people who have a good taste. People who can make the AI have a good taste.

The habit that changed how i work: Capture every idea, task, briefs & let an agent organize them. It's not that simple though. Finding the right structure took me like 6 weeks of trial and error. Now i'm working on making the agents do the tasks they organize

Everyone now builds software quickly But the edge comes from things that take time: brand, reputation, community, consistency

Fully recovered and everything's verified clean. Got the nasty mfer out before any real damage
Got hacked yesterday. The link came from inside Claude chat. I was installing a transcription app. Claude sent the download link, and I pasted the command into the terminal. It all looked legit. It wasn't though. It was a copycat site bundling malware. It ran instantly, tried to take everything from me. Nothing sensitive got out. So I wiped the laptop and rebuilt clean. But here's the scary part. Restoring from the backup, I found a poisoned SKILL.md for Claude Code. It looked exactly like my own writing style guide. But buried inside: it had instructions to silently re-download the malware and steal my credentials every time the AI loaded it. If I'd restored that one file, my new clean laptop is owned on day one. What saved me: I read every skill, hook, and config file before letting the AI touch them. Two lessons here: AI assistants will hand you links they never verified. Check before you paste. And AI agent files are executable code now, disguised as notes. You have to read them. Stay safe out there.

“This is also blockchain.” Yesterday, our country lead, spoke in front of 400 students about the parts of crypto that don’t always look like crypto. RWAs, digital ownership, financial infrastructure and more. Pretty cool to see 🙌

Since 2024, the ReFi Hub community has financed 419 MWh of clean energy. That's equivalent to any one of these: - 101 billion Solana transactions powered - 210 tonnes of coal not burned - 2.3M km driven in EVs
