Ran my first ever track meet with @OCTrack_Field and had a lot of fun. I ran a 11.89 in my 100 in lane 1, a 25.12 in my 200 in lane 5, and jumped 15.8 feet in my long jump. @Coach_Trae @CoachPerrone

Bowen did also at Westview before he took the ACU job. Lots of FB Coaches back in the day also coached Track, maybe not as the Head Track guy but at least as an assistant. The two sports go hand in hand.

Also doing hills. These are just 2 of my reps. May look a little slower but it’s cuz I’m focusing more on my form. Sacrificing speed for form right now. Later will work on more speed. @coachJTaylor8 @OCTrack_Field @CoachPerrone @CoachCole42 @bmeasom1 @CoachATrain99
