Promised I'd break down how the @tokenforge payout flow moves. Here's the simple version. Step one. Money comes in. In a securitization, a pool of receivables (think loans or invoices) pays out every month. EOS brought the know-how on managing that side. Step two. The waterfall. There's a strict order for who gets paid. Senior investors first, then the next layer, then the next. Usually, a team works through this by hand, and that's a big part of why it takes 30 days or more. Step three. The smart contract does the math. The whole payment order lives in code that @tokenforge built. Each investor's share gets calculated automatically the moment the money lands. Step four. Payout in regulated euros. Investors get paid in a euro stablecoin issued by AllUnity as licensed e-money, running on Stellar. It settles almost in real time. PwC handled the concept and made sure the setup fits the EU Securitization Regulation. Every step leaves an audit trail. So the slow part was never the money moving. It was people checking the order by hand. Take that out, and a month turns into a day.

You know that feeling when you buy a memecoin at launch and you're already late. The chart's up 5x, your buy finally lands, and someone sells right into you. That someone saw you coming. On most chains, your trade sits in a public waiting room called the mempool before it goes through. Bots watch that room all day. They see your buy, jump in front of it, then sell to you at a higher price. You just paid their profit. Canton works differently. Only the parties in a trade can see its data. There's no public waiting room, so there's nothing for the bot to watch. That's what @onepumpcc is building on. It's the first memecoin launchpad on Canton, built by @Oneswapcc . You can launch a coin in about 2 minutes, and it trades the same second. When it graduates, the liquidity gets locked automatically, so the dev can't pull it and run. I'll be honest about what I don't know yet. There's no launch date. They haven't said what happens to coins that never graduate, or what the fees will look like. I want to see that before I put real money in. For now it's a waitlist, and they turned it into a game. The line is called "the book." You get a Citizen Card with a random creature on it. Mine is a pigeon with a human face, sitting in a cave. No idea what that says about me. Invites, daily rolls and quests stack diamonds and move you up the line. The top 100 get into a private Pumplands group. The top 10 get something physical.

If I win, who's actually paying me? That's the one question I ask before touching any crypto platform. I put it to the co-founder of Mirai, fully expecting "DYOR" and a quick exit. Instead, he walked me through where the money actually sits. That part surprised me. The house pays you. Not another trader. Mirai lets you go long or short on football club pairs — Arsenal vs Tottenham, with leverage. Goals, cards, injuries, transfers all move the price. And the price comes from a pricing engine that's just math, not money. It keeps getting pulled back to what's actually happening on the pitch. Where the money actually sits The real money sits in two places: a house wallet, and a separate insurance fund. - Win, and the house pays you. - Lose, and the house keeps it. The question that matters So the question I care about now is simple: can that house stay funded when a lot of people win at the same time? Right now it's testnet only, so no real money is at risk. Honestly, that's the best time to ask — before mainnet, not after. Respect to @debar_fx for the straight answer 🤝

Mirai’s house is the counterparty. If you close a trade at a profit, your profit is credited to your Mirai account balance, and the same amount is recorded as a trading loss for the house. If you lose, the reverse applies. There is a real pooled house holding funds, but the vAMM itself is not a pool of real money. Its reserves are virtual numbers used to calculate prices and the effect of trades. When you withdraw, the funds must come from the relevant house wallet. For example, if you put up $100 in margin and close with a $20 profit, your account is credited with $120 before applicable closing fees. The $20 profit is a house obligation; it does not require another trader to have lost exactly $20 on the other side. That means payouts depend on the house having enough real funds to cover customer balances and profits.

If you've been following my @primus_labs posts, it's fair to wonder what it doesn't fix yet. I went back through my notes and pulled out every part that still runs on trust. ↳ zkTLS still needs an attestor to sign each proof. Primus makes that attestor hard to cheat, and someone still has to sign. ↳ AlphaNet, the network those attestors run on, is permissioned for now. Primus, Succinct Labs and Phala run it, and the plan to open it to anyone hasn't happened yet. ↳ The attestors work inside TEEs, so the signing keys never leave the machine. That also means you're trusting the chip maker who built that hardware. ↳ The staking and penalty contracts that punish a bad attestor aren't fully public yet. I'm sharing this because I'd rather know where the trust sits before I tell you to use something. The part I'll be watching is AlphaNet going permissionless, since that's when the attestors stop being a short list of known names.

Yesterday I wrote about @AlchemixFi loans and the Transmuter. A friend read it and asked me, "ok but what if I don't want to manage any of that?" Turns out @AlchemixFi already has an answer for that. The Ecosystem vault takes your ETH and handles the v3 side for you. It's run through @lagoon_finance, so you deposit and they do the managing. Back in July they put the projected APR at 7.35%. Today it shows 8.57% on ETH. Just remember this isn't the Transmuter. The Transmuter gives you a fixed number. This vault's APR moves, so 8.57% today could be lower next month. And you're trusting the vault's strategy on top of @AlchemixFi itself, so that's two layers of risk instead of one. If you'd rather not handle any of it yourself, though, this is probably the easiest way into Alchemix right now. Not financial advice.

I love what I do. I get to spend my days on things others call a hobby. But sometimes this industry gets on my nerves. Not the work, but how we sell it. We talk a ton about getting more issuances on-chain. Hardly anyone stops to ask if it even makes sense for that issuer and that asset. The other thing is how some providers along the asset lifecycle show up. Not all of them, of course. But the loudest are often the ones distracting most from the fact that they don’t know how issuers from the traditional world work. The volume of your so-called “partner chain” doesn’t matter to an issuer. Everyone wants the biggest RWA number, but nobody counts the same way. Some count target volumes that never get subscribed, some add completely unregulated assets that somehow fit the narrative. The biggest number wins, because it’s the easiest one to market. Louder, bigger, sexier. And even an honest number says little. Most of it comes from tokenized money market funds, treasuries and gold. That says a lot about the distribution power of BlackRock or Franklin Templeton. It says very little about what a family business can expect from its own issuance. Same goes for DeFi. Lending and borrowing work when there’s a liquid market behind an asset. That’s why tokenized treasuries and money market funds are already used as collateral. For a typical private market bond, that market doesn’t exist yet, and licensed secondary venues for tokenized securities are still rare. Without a successful placement and a working market, all those protocol partnerships don’t help a traditional issuer. Think of a third-generation family real estate company. They manage, build and revitalize properties, and a bond is one way they want to finance their next project. Their investors are traditional. They pay in fiat, don’t have a wallet and don’t want to sign things multiple times, certainly not through tools like Privy. They just want to put their money to work, without any hurdles. Of course, a custody provider still has to be part of the setup, but the investors never feel it. Sounds strange, but that’s how it is. What the issuer expects is what it knows from traditional financing: people to talk to, partners who understand its business, predictable costs, digitalization and automation where it actually makes sense, and someone who stays for the security’s entire lifetime. No fancy DeFi pitch. No stories about what might be possible in a couple of years or in some regulatory gray zone. The chain, custody, the registrar, the liability umbrella, the payment provider, the on-chain cash leg: all of that should work together quietly in the background. What counts is whether the partner understands the business and helps it reach its goal, instead of building a silo solution that leaves it on its own. So before we talk about getting more issuances on-chain, let’s ask if it even makes sense for that issuer and that asset. That’s where the conversation should start.

Each invite moves me 13 places, so yeah, I'm still grinding. Rewards: - Top 500 → 1,000 diamonds - Top 100 → the private Pumplands Telegram - Top 10 → merch too So be honest. When did you last claim yours? 👇 Not in yet? Get in the book: oneswap.cc/w/PRGAY7NK
