Every college coach's contact + what every division actually recruits — measured from 54,622 players. Built by a college HC (@SS_CoachMonson). $79 once.

I measured every roster in college football. 537 schools. 54,622 players. Height, weight, class year, position. Not scouting rankings. Not recruiting-service guesses. The actual bodies on actual rosters. Here's why a JUCO head coach spent his summer doing that. 🧵

Every time JUCO football comes up in Maricopa County, the conversation dies on two claims. Taxpayers foot the bill. And there's no money without the legislature. Both are checkable. The district just approved $20M in new spending in a single night. Here's the whole file, including the numbers that cut against. – at Anthem, AZ
🏈 BRING BACK JUCO FOOTBALL TO ARIZONA! 🏈 Vote for the 3 Maricopa County Community College Board candidates this November who are committed to bringing back Junior College football! The opportunities given to young men out of high school to continue playing football while earning an education are priceless. Glendale Community College (GCC) completely changed my life. Without it, there is no way I would be where I am today, and the same goes for so many of my teammates and former players. We need to bring these life-changing programs back for the next generation of student-athletes. 📢 PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AND GET THE WORD OUT! More players leave D3 rosters this year than FBS rosters. 3,200 vs 3,139.

Nobody tells a sophomore that. He gets pointed at the biggest logos, where 122 programs are replacing 3,139 spots, while 178 D3 programs are replacing 3,200 and almost nobody is writing to them. The openings are not where you think they are.

Free, every level:
Everyone ranks recruits. Nobody tells a family which colleges are about to lose the position their kid plays. Central Michigan has 15 offensive linemen listed as seniors or grads, out of 25. That staff will answer an email. We measured it off every FBS roster.

Central Michigan has 15 offensive linemen listed as seniors or grad students. Out of 25 in the room. Nobody publishes this and I do not know why. Everyone ranks recruits. Nobody tells a family which programs are about to have a hole where their kid plays.

This is the drive chart. Every school your son contacts moves down a football field. First email puts them on the twenty. A reply moves them. A camp invite moves them again. An offer is the end zone. He can see, at a glance, which schools have gone quiet on him.

What $79 actually buys. Every college program tiered against your son's measurables, then ranked by how many players at his position they lose before he arrives. Nearest first. Real programs, measured from actual rosters. Not a division. Programs with a hole where he plays.

First games are close. Film from his first 3 games is the most valuable thing he will own this fall. A coach can only judge what he can watch. So before week one: find out who films the games, and get your family access to it now rather than November when coaches are asking.

Fall camp is on. The only film a coach can watch now is last season. In September he'll have something new to show. Between now and then, gauge four things: how tall he is, what he weighs, what he runs, and his GPA. That is the whole starting kit.

Camp started this week. Your son's season starts in about two weeks. If you are a parent who never played, here is the only part of the recruiting calendar you actually need to understand.

A mom messaged me this week and said she felt stupid asking what D2 meant. You are not supposed to know this. Nobody hands parents a manual when their kid turns out to be good at football. Four numbers. Two minutes. We do the rest. offerpath.org/eval?src=x

Mom and Dad: Do you need help? You may be an accountant, an attorney, or anything else. Your son is a junior, or senior. Somebody at the game Friday night told you he should "be reaching out to schools" and you nodded like you knew what that meant. You didn't. That is not a failing.

The whole Eval asks for 4 numbers. How tall he is. What he weighs. What he runs. His GPA. Not one of them is a football question. Three you know, and his coach knows the fourth. You do not need to understand recruiting to start. That is the point. offerpath.org/eval?src=x

Recruiting takes two or three years. Do the math on what a subscription costs over that window. OfferPath is $79. Once. Code FOUNDING59 makes it $59. Your family runs the process. Coaches see the athlete, not a platform.
FOUNDING59 update. I said the first 100 families get in at $59. I'm not going to manufacture a countdown, but I can tell you the number moves every day. What $79, or $59, actually buys: 742 programs. 11,870 verified coach contacts. 7,400+ emails and 1,500+ X handles pulled from official staff pages, dated so you know they're current. FBS to JUCO. Every level. A drive chart that tracks every school like a possession. Templates a coach will actually read. Rapid Fire, 12 personalized emails in 12 minutes. The one rule: the send button stays locked until your son writes one personal line. That's not a gimmick, that's the difference between a blast and a real email. His own card. Real measurables, film front and center, one link that goes in every bio and every email. The Report: every program tiered by his measurables, ranked by which schools are actually losing players at his position before he arrives. I measured the rosters. I know who's graduating linemen, and receivers, and corners, and everyone else. One payment. No subscription. Recruiting takes two or three years. Do the math on what a subscription costs over that window. Code FOUNDING59 at checkout. offerpath.org The card sells. The Eval steers. The system runs the process. Your family sends. Coaches see the athlete, not a platform. Eval is free, no password:

New in the Eval: what's between him and the next level? The distance to where 1 in 10 players at that level actually sit, measured off rosters. And where the gap is height, we say that instead. Nobody gets handed an inch to grow. Free, no password: offerpath.org/eval?src=x

My own Eval told a 6'1" 330 pound offensive lineman he was a reach at every level. Including NJCAA. He is a starting college lineman right now. Here is what was broken.

Here is why D1 goes quiet in August and everybody else does not. FBS has 3,274 freshman. D2 has 5,278. D3 has 5,526. The coaches with the openings are the ones who can write back today. Where does your kid actually fit? That is what the Eval answers. offerpath.org/eval?src=x
Hot take from a guy who actually signs kids. Everybody talks about scholarships. Almost nobody counts how many freshmen are actually on a college roster. So we counted. 19,892 across 550 published rosters.
22
This is why targeting matters more than volume. If 40% of programs aren't losing a QB before 2027, blasting 742 programs is noise. For JUCO QBs looking to transfer mid-year: same math applies. Eval shows you where your measurables fit. offerpath.org/eval?src=x
I measured every published roster in college football. The position families chase hardest is the one with the fewest openings. 40% of programs are not losing a single quarterback before the 2027s arrive. For defensive backs it's 8%.
33
Hot take: the recruiting industry sells D1 dreams because D1 is the only dream families will pay to chase. Nobody cuts a $4,000 check to get recruited at D2. But the median FCS wide receiver is 6'0", 188 lbs. The median D2 wide receiver is 6'0", 184 lbs. Four pounds separates those two levels. I measured 6,900+ of them. The coaches at both levels are real. The scholarships are real. The difference is whether anyone told your family to look.
