Lorne is already walking back his promise to repeal dripa.
Even in the event of a short fall session they won't even look at Dripa until spring the soonest. They shouldve already had a game plan.
Dripa won't be repealed unless they are concerned right before next election about being voted back in.
Enjoy your 2% better with super majority with no accountability guys.
The Premier Elect @LDoerkson ran a campaign committing to repealing DRIPA.
Many, many people backed him on the basis of his promise. Is he already lining up to betray them saying to journalists today that he "might" look at it in the Spring!!?
Keep the pressure on Lorne. to #repealDRIPA

Rob Murphy has been very outspoken in the past about rape.
Now that its his client that's accused of child rape he walks back his position, stands against victims and calls people questioning his client racists.
If it was the NDP with a candidate like Pavneet though he'd be up in arms.
It was such a pleasure to serve on Pavneet’s campaign. The team around him is strong, dedicated and hardworking. He’s a good man and I’m looking forward to four years of a Conservative government in BC.
@Pavneet4KLCC
I believe in innocent until proven guilty said so with kealy/chan but as an elected official you need heavy scrutiny about allegations like this.
Especially when told you have to buy the "he was there and a rape occurred but he didn't do it" story and if you don't you are racist.
Can you answer about your lobbyist firms stealing money from tax payers though like LEN?

Rob Murphy the guyvwho wrote this was pavneet Singh's campaign manager.
Opponents questioned a very questionable immigration timeline. 2003 he immigrated to Canada as a foreign student, he got married, 2007 he got divorce. Did he get married for PR sponser?
Charges were unearthed. His client was charged with raping a 12 year old girl. Even though stayed Pavneets explanation had many holes. He admits he was at the location where a rape occurred just it wasn't him.
Lastly Pavneet owns many lmia fraudulent businesses including his pita pit. His pita pit was hiring for 39 an hour while the average wage is $21.65. This is to avoid lmia requirements for high income posting. Pavneet claims he can't find a PITA Pit worker for 39$ an hour in kelowna.
But yeah its about racism. Clown
Castanet article written by Pavneet Singhs campaign manager calls opponents questioning charges about a 12 year old being raped, a questionable immigration timeline and LMIA fraud racism.
Yet these are Conservatives remember guys. Blame it all on racism.
Racism is going mainstream, especially in our politics (Murphy’s Law of Politics) castanet.net/news/Murphys-La…

People will try and mock me over OneBC's election performance as if we had the same budget and infrastructure as the CPBC or NDP and failed.
Guys...we had a tiny fraction of the budget of other parties and little infrastructure to organize candidates in 93 ridings.
At one point we had candidates lined up for 75 ridings.
But people with full-time jobs, especially in rural ridings understandably have a difficult time filling out all the paperwork and getting 75 signatures (really over 100 since some are inevitably invalid) in a week or less.
So over 70 candidates given election packages dropped from people having to pull out, or not being able to meet the tight deadline. In some areas we went through 2 or 3 people who understandably couldn't find the time to put together a campaign.
I get it, they were all very nice and honourable people but life obviously got in the way of a snap election campaign.
OneBC's plan if the election was in 2028 was to take a year to set up party boards in every riding and then go into election readiness mode for the year after that. Then everything could be decentralized and each board could nominated their candidate and build the campaign around their board members.
But Eby decided to politically execute himself and make himself the chief villain of the snap election and completely box out any conversation past "who can beat Eby the easiest because we all hate him."
So now we are in a situation where OneBC will move forward having to act as a watchdog on the CPBC government from outside of the legislature and try and push them to be more Conservative while we start trying to build CA boards after giving voters a much needed break from political chaos.
At the end of the day I'm very proud of @Dallas_Brodie and the OneBC team.
Dallas stood up to so many pressures that would have broken most people and was able to carry on with a smile. Those who attack Dallas Brodie should remember that they live in the political world she helped create through punching a hole through many Left-wing political taboos other Conservatives were too scared to touch, and unfortunately many are still too afraid to touch.
I would do it all over again for her and the team. They were the men and women in the arena who kept pushing to create political and cultural change in BC while being sneered at by those who only care about election outcomes and nothing past that.
Even in this election OneBC has served the role of holding up a rhetorical measuring stick to the agenda of the new government.
Regardless of votes we put forward an alternative plan can can be looked to by grassroots Conservatives as a better standard for what the government should be aiming to do if the changes implemented fall short of the results voters wanted to see.

🚨EXPOSING THE TRANS SCAM IN CANADA🚨
MEET ZACK JOHNSTONE - WHO GOES BY 'FAE' - AND IS NOT TRANS - HE STILL HAS HIS LITTLE BILLY & THE BOYS!!
This trans grifter is on the Liberal payroll and your taxes fund HIS advocacy.
He is a government funded activist speaking to YOUR children.
➡ He WON a 'woman's only' contest as a fake trans
➡ He STARTED a shady consulting company
➡ He RECEIVED a huge Liberal federal gov't contract
➡ He BOUGHT a house, in Toronto, in cash
Growing up confused, seeking attention, & likely bullied for being an entitled, mouthy jerk:
➡He PRETENDED to be trans for years now, but
➡He REFUSES to take the ultimate plunge & chop of his manhood
➡ He COUNCILS youth on how to transition
➡ He is BEST FRIENDS with grifter RACHEL GILMORE & CATHERINE MCKENNA
It's all a scam, HE'S just a tax-payer funded paid actor, useful idiot, & a vocal cheerleader for the liberal cult.
HE IS A MAJOR PLAYER INDOCTRINATING YOUR CHILDREN AND IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT A WOMAN - HE STILL HAS HIS DINGER!
(Remember - he quite possibly can show up at YOUR KIDS school to talk to them about HIS lifestyle & why YOUR KIDS MIGHT be trans!!!)

David Eby basically did the political equivalent of pouring gasoline over himself and his party and then endorsing the Conservatives.
He created an entire election where he was the #1 issue and there was no #2.
The election was "Get David Eby Out" and that also boxed out OneBC and CentreBC having any traction.
1. Insanely tight timeline to organize 2 years before the election was to take place.
2. Everyone just wanted to beat the NDP and didn't care who the blue option was or what it represented.
BC Conservatives could do good work in government but they need to establish proper control over the very strange factions of MLAs they hammered together.
The spectrum of ideology in the CPBC caucus will go from Orthodox Conservative like Heather Maahs to full on Trudeau Liberals who just a year ago stood against everything in the 2024 CPBC platform.

Would you let this go if the candidate was with the NDP? Would you let it go if people who were there the day it happened were reaching out with firsthand accounts of what took place? What if friends of the alleged perpetrator were contacting you asking for help? Adam, you continue to demonstrate a complete lack of morals and integrity. You’ll fit right in with the BC Liberals now. Congratulations. By the way, will you be getting a bonus from that per-vote subsidy?
Don't worry Fae Johnstone. Lorne Doekson believes being against sogi and pro family is extremism.
You can stop the empty threats now and sleep at night.

Not humiliated in the slightest. We’ve exposed corruption, challenged the political establishment, and dragged into the light things powerful people would rather keep hidden.
Your willingness to overlook controversies surrounding candidates like Pavneet Singh in the name of partisan loyalty is well noted.
Singh was, without question, the worst candidate in this election. The unwillingness of so many to demand answers speaks volumes about what the CPBC has become.
If an NDP candidate faced the same controversies, would you defend him? Or demand his resignation?
We both know the answer.
Ethics, morality, character, and integrity transcend political allegiance. They don’t become negotiable because someone wears the right colours.
If you’re willing to sacrifice your principles to win an election, what exactly have you won?
You can celebrate a win, but don’t confuse electoral success with moral vindication. Winning doesn’t erase wrongdoing or absolve anyone of accountability.
And as more comes to light, I won’t be the one looking back in shame.
This story is far from over.

Dallas Brodie made it possible for the BC Conservatives to win.
She took all the bullets by speaking out against the Reconciliation Industrial Complex and calling out the mass graves hoax in Kamloops.
The BC Cons adopted OneBC policies and owe their win to people who were more brave than them to speak out.
It remains to be seen how long they will act conservative. Will young Carson Binda stand up in the BC Legislature to say the hard things that Dallas said? We’ll see.
Don’t be surprised if they disappoint, though.
Dallas kept the pressure on them and will continue to keep pressure on for them to actually act like conservatives do.
I remain skeptical considering they have not confronted Pavneet Singh and his sexual crimes while willing to kick Dallas out over a tweet.
Will they repeal DRIPA? Will they root SOGI out of schools? Who will have the spine to stand up to the entitled chiefs who just want to extort BC taxpayers and throw temper tantrums if they don’t get their way?
Will weak-willed men stand up? You better hope so, BC.
You better hope so.
I am so honoured to have stood beside Dallas and contribute my efforts to OneBC.
My principles remain intact. 😎🥳
@Dallas_Brodie @One_BCHQ
Jason kenney endorses the cpbc.
That's just some insight to what's to come.
Again you are hearing it here. This cpbc group won't win back to back elections and NDP will win next election retooled and the greens will implode/merge to fight the cpbc boogyman.
A lot of the recent drama on the right in BC came from a crazy right populist splinter party, @One_BCHQ.
Made up of self styled “real conservatives” with the usual assortment of weird obsessions & conspiracy theories: vaccines, ostrich farms, chem trails, xenophobia, MAGA North, all communicated with the volume nob stuck on 10.
Basically the BC counterpart of hard core Alberta separatist activists, or Bernier’s @peoplespca.
Tonight they’re at 1.4% of the vote, after two years of being a hugely divisive distraction on the right of BC politics.
Yet another reminder to Conservative parties: ignore the crazy fringe of the hard populist right. Don’t let the tail wag the dog. Let them stay in their little fringe parties.
Being a principled conservative party does not mean pandering to incoherent, perennially angry populism. Instead, propose bold, thoughtful policy reforms rooted in conservative principles that appeal to the broad mainstream. Just like the @Conservative_BC did in this winning campaign.

To every OneBC candidate, volunteer, and supporter who poured their heart into this campaign, THANK YOU.
This wasn’t the outcome we all hoped for, but what we accomplished in just a few short weeks is something to be incredibly proud of.
Remember the Reform Party? In 1988, they received just 2% of the national vote. Five years later, they won 52 seats and fundamentally changed the political landscape of Western Canada.
Movements aren’t built overnight. They’re built by people who refuse to quit.
Now we build. Riding associations, volunteer teams, and the infrastructure across British Columbia to become a political force that cannot be ignored.
This is not the end. This is only the beginning.
And one final thing. To those wondering whether the unanswered questions surrounding Pavneet Singh will simply disappear now that the election is over…
Not a chance. That story is far from over.
