Okey-Joe Onuakalusi made buildings in Oshodi-Isolo 2. While they talked about education, he built education. While they shared manifestos, he shared desks, books, and hope. This is construction of new hope. These are not audio projects. These are not audio classrooms. They are standing, breathing, functioning monuments to a representative who understands that education is the gateway to future development. *NO CHILD SITS ON THE FLOOR AGAIN* For years, our children sat on bare floors, on broken blocks, on stones learning in pain. He protected their health to protect their future. *THE OUT-OF-SCHOOL CHILDREN ARE COMING BACK TO THE CLASSROOM* Within three years of his reign, the number of *out-of-school children in Oshodi-Isolo 2 has reduced drastically.* Why? Because when the school is beautiful, the parent wants to send the child. When the desk is new, the child wants to go to school. When JAMB form is free, the youth wants to dream again. That is why Hon. Okey-Joe distributed *1,000 FREE JAMB forms* 1,000 destinies unlocked. 1,000 families who would have said "we have no money" now have a child in university, polytechnic, or college of education. That is 1,000 doors opened that poverty had shut. And on Children's Day, he did not forget them, he sent *gifts to over 20 schools* across the constituency, because a child who feels celebrated will celebrate learning. *THE BILL THAT WILL OUTLIVE HIM* But Okey-Joe is not just building for today, he is legislating for tomorrow.
