Sadly another example of our broken Criminal Justice System
Following criticism of my previous examples of our broken Criminal Justice System and in the spirit of f*ck you.
May i introduce PC Hassnain Shahzad and Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, Judge David Richards.
PC Shahzad was found guilty of two counts of sexually assaulting the same young child. Judge David Richards passed the following sentence. 18 months suspended, 120 hours of unpaid work, 25 rehabilitation days. NO PRISON TIME.
I shall continue to point out examples of our broken Justice System until women and children are protected properly.

A judge allowed a 14yr old who stabbed a girl 10 times to walk free from court after telling him prison was the 'last place' for a 'bright lad' like him.
He stabbed her in a shop in Gloucestershire on March 15th after he asked her out on a date and she said no.
