It's a really good point. I see lots of people on social media full-porting" their evaluations to pass them as quickly as possible. And I guess that's one way of doing it, but full-porting on a funded account is the sort of thing that works... until it doesn't! Personally, I'm not in the camp of wanting to quickly blow through multiple evaluations until I eventually pass one. I'd much rather start as I mean to go on, applying proper risk management during the evaluation stage, just as I would on a funded account. But I appreciate that we all have different approaches to prop firm trading, and ultimately, you have to find what works for you. For me, the most important thing isn't how quickly I can pass an evaluation. It's how long I can survive and consistently perform once I'm funded. Because getting funded is one thing. Staying funded is quite another!
