Saw a Pexo Labs ad on X, so we checked the paperwork: every product page, stock option and all 15 posted COAs.
Our COA grade: 57/F.
🚩 Red flags
• Four purchasable strengths lack matching COAs: GHK-Cu 100mg, MOTS-C 40mg, and PL-3 20mg/30mg. Selecting those sizes still opens reports for smaller strengths.
• GHK-Cu measured 119.2% of label claim, above the stated 90–115% limit. The product page still says PASS.
• KLOW’s BPC-157 component measured 115.8%, also above that limit. Again: PASS.
• Pages advertise verified identity, but the reports explicitly say retention-time matching is not proof of identity. We found no qualifying batch-specific MS identity results.
🟡 Yellow flags
• No documented endotoxin or USP <71> sterility results in the applicable reports.
• No demonstrated multi-vial sampling beyond one vial.
• Who is actually behind Amino Metrics? We couldn’t independently establish its legal operator, testing-facility address or responsible scientific personnel.
All 15 certificates were retrievable through Amino Metrics’ verification system, and the reported numbers matched. That confirms the issuer has those records. It doesn’t establish who performed the testing or where.
We aren’t calling the lab fake. But a working lookup alone isn’t enough to establish credible independent testing.
Verdict: We'd skip this vendor entirely. Much better RUO vendors out there to choose from. Want to see vendor grades and reviews? Check our website: peptideprotocols.app/vendor-…

Fun Fact: Peptides aren't new. Insulin was the first peptide drug, in 1922. Today there are over 80 approved peptide drugs, and GLP-1s like Semaglutide are the best-known ones.

We've added a titration phase to the research journal so you can better plan out your cycles. It also tells you if the vial assigned will get you through the cycle and about how much you would need overall.
Blackline Scientific says “COA published for every batch.” Here’s what our Oct. 25 review found:
• Five purchasable products without a batch COA we could locate: AHK-Cu 100mg, Thymalin 10mg, GLP-S 10mg, GLP-S 20mg, and Prostamax 20mg. Their attached SDS documents aren’t batch testing results.
• KLOW advertised as 80mg, while its linked report #2607290838 shows 115.07mg total—including 33.87mg BPC-157 versus 10mg advertised. That’s a different reported composition, not simply a little extra.
• No endotoxin or sterility results found in the 23 posted COAs we reviewed. Inferior testing compared to other vendors.
Owner got defensive. Has an attitude problem. Clearly can't manage a simple website with a handful of products. Wanted us to "name" the issues. So we did. End of the day we shouldn't have to find the mistakes. After all look at the claims you make.
This is the "bro" who you are buying from. He's a douche. He's also full of shit. Buyer beware.
Oh it gets better. We like to call out the bullshit of the bullshitters. Bringing the receipts (see screenshot at bottom).
After you read that screenshot, it sure looks coordinated or a planted endorsement.
The "has no idea I am posting this" line is a classic fake-organic tell, and the founder replied within 13 minutes with a polished thank-you.
Their thread history is all one-way flattery. Peptide Talks posted "Praying for you and the family brother" on Oct 11, "love what you're doing with blackline!" on Oct 23 and the endorsement on Oct 24. TheBitcoinBaby answers every one with "Appreciate you brother, means a lot."
On Oct 11, TheBitcoinBaby replied to the same single comment four times in 30 minutes, with near-identical wording. That looks like AI or scheduled replying, not a person chatting. His own tweets go out at exactly :00 or :30 past the hour, which suggests a scheduler.
Peptide Talks retweeted his "Saturday thought" post one minute before the endorsement, then posted it 3 minutes after replying to it.
If you bought KLOW labeled 80mg, would you be comfortable with its linked COA showing 115.07mg?
Advertised → tested:
GHK-Cu: 50 → 58.90mg
BPC-157: 10 → 33.87mg
TB-4: 10 → 12.07mg
KPV: 10 → 10.23mg
Is that “extra value”—or a different formulation than you intended to buy.
Do most buyers even check the COA? If they don't and then dose, now what? Some vendors think this isn't an issue, but we think it's a major problem. Lets hear from some vendors and some users out there.

There are some super douche peptide vendors out there. They get mad when we call out their BS after applying to be listed on our site. The funny part is, we find their mistakes (a lot of times it is missing COAs) and sometimes it is major red flags. Then they get defensive. Maybe you're the problem, big guy. You care so much about slinging your product, yet you can't even keep your own site straight of clerical errors.
You. Won't. Get. Listed. And if you give us attitude we'll make it known publicly how much of a d-bag you are.

🔬 Vendor listing request: BioNova
We reviewed all 17 posted non-water COAs plus their water report. Not listed yet.
✅ What checks out
• Freedom Diagnostics reports (known lab)
• 16 of 17 byte-for-byte identical to the lab-hosted originals
• LC-MS identity, HPLC purity, quantified content
⚠️ Why we're holding off
• Semax 5mg and Selank 10mg link to reports for different strengths (Semax 10mg, Selank 5mg)
• No published COA for RT-20/GLP3, Glutathione 1500mg or Melanotan II, though all are in stock
• TB-500 report can't be verified with the lab
• No endotoxin or sterility results
• "Lot" fields are cap colors, not real lot IDs, and photos don't prove two vials were tested
Strong testing foundation, but traceability gaps keep them off our list for now. End of the day it's not even close to good enough. No reputable vendor should have clerical errors on their website either. Get your S together.
Vendor listing request. Lets dive in shall we? Don't want to go under the microscope, then don't come to us for a listing. Better have your ducks in a row...
🔍 COA audit: Alchemy Gold Research
We reviewed their 12 single-product listings (no kits or 10-packs).
✅ 8 genuine Janoshik reports verified. Each lab-hosted record resolves, names Alchemy Gold Research, and matches their posted copy. This includes BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, KPV, GHK-Cu, both retatrutide strengths, and NAD+.
⚠️ Notes on those 8:
• GHK-Cu measured 16.3% under its 50mg label (41.85mg total).
• TB-500 is the 889-Da fragment, not full-length Tβ4.
• No endotoxin or sterility results shown, and appears to be single vial testing only (not great Bob).
🚩 Semax is the biggest concern.
Alchemy's posted copy and Freedom Diagnostics' original share the same accession number (2608140511), dates, lot, and analytical results. But the client field and photo differ:
Alchemy's copy: client "ALCHEMY GOLD RESEARCH," AG-branded Semax vial photo
Freedom's original: client "Peptaris," pink-cap sample vials
Freedom's original: coas.freedomdiagnosticstesti…
That report doesn't establish testing of Alchemy's stock. We can't determine who changed those fields or whether the lab authorized it.
❌ 3 products with no accessible original report:
Glutathione 1500mg: the report button shows a "demo mode" message.
SS-31 50mg: "View Batch COA" leads to generic specs.
Selank 10mg: no report link.
This is why you come to us for vendor reviews and COA grades. Nobody does it better. Many imitators however.
#Peptides #PeptideResearch #COA
We get new vendors requesting to be listed on our site just about every day. New peptide vendors spring up like weeds. Not saying that is good or bad, but if your testing game is below avg or there are issues with your product listings as it relates to COAs, we're just not going to list you. There is no reason for us to list 100+ vendors. Nobody needs thats and it just creates more work for us. There are plenty of good ones in this game. At this point we're going to start relegating (like Euro soccer) vendors when new and better ones come up vs adding to our vendor directory. No reason to give subpar vendors any free publicity.
Our updated COA grades are live, and some moved a lot. 📊
📉 Biggest drops
Evolve BioPep: 83 → 63
Solus Peptide: 83 → 66
Everform Research: 72 → 62
📈 Biggest gains
LA Peptides: 79 → 84
Elite Research USA: 84 → 88
S1Research: 84 → 88
Genpeptide: 79 → 83
Real Peptides: 79 → 83
These are changes from our previously published scores, not proof that a vendor's product suddenly improved or got worse. They reflect our updated review of the testing evidence behind currently purchasable stock.
A COA link is only a starting point:
Which batch does it cover?
What was actually tested?
How many vials were sampled?
Can the original report be verified?
That's where the differences show up.
