Honestly sir, clocks, time of day & the schedules that people keep are man made norms. We can call 7am: “6am” or “flabbergast” for all I care. We simply need to stop the “spring forward/fall back”silliness.
There is nothing magical/natural about “Standard Time”. It’s man made.
