We’re tired of hearing “work harder” for a home that keeps getting further out of reach. Screw that. We’re building Relayy because Americans deserve a real way in. Monthly equity. A share in your home’s appreciation. And affordability, all without a mortgage. #relayy #housing

US stocks are well positioned for inflation. In 2025, the S&P 500 posted a +14.76% inflation-adjusted return, with inflation running at +2.70% for the year. This followed real returns of +21.47% in 2024 and +22.11% in 2023. Over the last 20 years, the largest real return was in 2013, at +30.42%, when inflation was just +1.50%. During this period, the S&P 500 failed to beat inflation in only 4 years: 2008, 2011, 2018, and 2022. Meanwhile, S&P 500 companies are projected to report +23% YoY earnings growth in Q3, supporting continued positive real returns even as inflation remains above 3%. Stocks have historically been one of the best hedges against inflation.

Beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa. Plant proteins come in so many delicious forms, and many deliver a full amino acid profile on their own or in simple combinations. Your body doesn't need meat to thrive, it just needs variety and whole foods. #PlantBased #VeganFood #HealthyLiving

WHOLESOME: Former #Packers All-Pro Jordy Nelson earned nearly $60 MILLION during his NFL career but still works on the Kansas farm where he grew up. Nelson spends up to 12 hours a day cutting wheat, managing crops, and herding cattle. He even worked on the farm during NFL offseasons and once said he “probably identifies more as a farmer than a football player.” A LEGEND ON THE FIELD. A FARMER AT HEART. ❤️

A few days ago, a plan was announced to bring 300,000 metric tons of foreign beef into the United States over the next 90 days through a tariff waiver. Years in this industry keep bringing us back to the same truth: quality starts with knowing where your food comes from. Grass-fed, prime, choice, organic, all-natural... these words get thrown around constantly. None of them matter if there's no accountability behind them. And right now, there is very little accountability in what's coming. Nobody knows where this beef is coming from. Nobody knows how the animals were raised, what they were fed, or what antibiotics and vaccines were used. There is no mandatory country of origin labeling for ground beef in this country. Congress repealed that in 2015, which means this beef can sit next to American beef in your grocery store with no obligation to tell you anything about it. This isn't alarmism. History is just worth paying attention to. In 2013, Europe went through a massive food fraud scandal when products labeled as beef tested anywhere from 30 to 100% horse meat. The package said beef. It wasn't beef. This happened because supply chains got too long, oversight got thin, and accountability broke down. The cattle markets dropped sharply the morning this announcement came out. American ranchers who have spent years rebuilding their herds after drought and rising costs are now competing against government-subsidized foreign beef coming in below market price. The National Cattlemen's Beef Association called it unsustainable, and they're right. At Good Ranchers, the position has always been clear. Every product is American born, raised, and harvested. No antibiotics, no added hormones. Pay attention to what's on your label. If it doesn't tell you where your beef came from, ask why.

Beef Cattle currently cost $2000’ish for a calf at 500lbs. You have to feed it 25 lbs of hay per day for 30 months when it is ready to harvest. That’s (9,100 lbs / 900 lbs per bale, for 30 months) 304 bales total at a cost of $1,700. NO OTHER costs, I’m into the cow for $3,700 at 1400lbs full grown. I gross approx 450 lbs of meat. Thats $8.23 cents a pound., in the box. In this equation there are: No slaughter costs No operating costs No vet/transport costs No land/property taxes/insurances No upkeep No diesel No seed for the fields No fencing No labor, no profit for us working 365 days a year. (Yes, cows eat on holidays) Nothing!! For sake of argument, let’s say all these above costs are offset by selling my “premium cuts”, (which isn’t even close….BUT….lets just say for this exercise, it did. $8.22 a pound. Now: Please tell me how ground beef I can buy for $7-8 in the store with that retail store making a profit? They have to keep their doors open to. Let’s call it a 25% profit margin (and that’s LOW). That’s them buying ground at $5/$6. I’ll let y’all form your own conclusions about how this is done. You CUT corners. Period, end of story. Ain’t no other way round it. Next time you buy beef, remember this very basic math and ask yourself what exactly you are putting in your body for $7-8 bucks. Do yourself a favor and establish a relationship with your local rancher/farmer that you KNOW doesn’t cut corners AND works their brains out 365 days a year just trying to do the right thing to better their community. 🙏🥩🇺🇸

Plant-based living gives you everything you need: protein from lentils, beans, and tofu, iron from leafy greens and quinoa, and omega-3s from walnuts and flax. Just remember a B12 supplement, since that one really does need extra attention on a vegan diet. Simple and abundant. #Vegan #PlantBased #HealthyLiving #VeganFood

One man's fake organic grain empire quietly reached the animals behind your eggs and meat. From 2010 to 2017, Randy Constant told buyers his grain was certified organic from Nebraska and Missouri, when it was conventional grain or organic fields sprayed with banned chemicals. The Justice Department says his grain made up roughly 8 percent of US organic soybeans and 7 percent of organic corn in 2016. This is why traceability at the source matters. For nearly a decade, meat raised anywhere on earth could be repackaged in the US and stamped Product of USA. Congress repealed Country of Origin Labeling in 2015, letting packers import meat, process it here, and legally sell it as American. The USDA finalized a rule in March 2024 requiring the claim to mean born, raised, slaughtered and processed in the US, a voluntary standard now in effect since January 2026. This is why the label alone was never enough. Find traceable meat on Localize.
