Horse owners are notorious for encouraging overgrazing, thinking that short grass is what is best for their horses. This video shows just how much rubbish we’re dealing with. Bearing in mind this was only part of what we collected today & represents just 1 year’s rubbish on a few hundred metres of the river, it shows the systemic unsustainability of our society & economic model
Good news no doubt, but it appears to be a donation not an financial investment (?) Subtle difference. Hopefully it will help to demonstrate to private finance the benefits of investing in #NaturePositive programmes rather than just funding nature projects.
