the reference is a starting point. the interesting part is deciding what feels right for your brand and what to leave behind!! 1st pic is where i started to the 2nd pic to how i have elevated the brand presentation!

Today the NASDAQ is more than 5% down Trillions deleted! If you instead of buying shares from NASDAQ did a clipping campaign you’d be 50% up 😌

one thing nobody really tells you about running an agency is that not every $50k deal is worth $50k early on you see a big budget and you're ready to do whatever it takes to close it then you start realizing some clients will take up 5x the time, 10x the attention, and somehow still find a way to make the entire thing unprofitable lol we've been getting much more selective with the opportunities we take on sometimes saying no to a big deal is the best business decision you can make

i think the word “clipping” makes our industry sound way smaller than it actually is brands hear it and picture some guy cutting up podcasts meanwhile we’re getting independent creators to distribute content to audiences brands don’t already have access to we might genuinely need a better name for this business lol

50M+ views amplifying Gymshark's Onyx launch. grateful for the trust and the team behind that work. the part worth studying is the distribution: how many different ways can you make the same launch relevant to the right audience?

The F&B industry will never be the same because of us. Blessed to be one of the best to do this.
Raising Cane’s just launched on Content Rewards with @cliphausinc Going to be hard to name a brand that isn’t on here

seeing @cliphausinc on AP News today is honestly a surreal feeling our Coinbase x VALORANT campaign generated 35M+ organic views and 15,000+ clips, and now we’re seeing that work get recognized on a much bigger stage we spend so much time focused on the next campaign that sometimes we forget to appreciate how far we’ve come incredibly grateful to be trusted by brands like Coinbase and to have a team that puts in the work every single day to make these things happen none of this happens overnight, and we don’t take any of these opportunities for granted still so much more to build 🤝 apnews.com/press-release/ein…

i've generated billions of views running clipping campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world, and i still think 90% of people don't fully understand how this shit works so here's how we actually run clipping campaigns at ClipHaus and why brands are spending serious money on this: first, you need to understand that clipping isn't just taking a podcast, cutting it into 30 second videos and posting it on 100 different accounts that's the most basic version of it what we're actually building is a distribution system that allows brands to test hundreds or thousands of different pieces of content without having to rely on their own social media following here's how it works: 1. we figure out what you're actually trying to accomplish this is probably the most important part of the entire campaign are you launching a product? selling tickets? trying to get more people to download your app? building your personal brand? because getting 10 million views means absolutely nothing if those views aren't helping you accomplish what you actually wanted the strategy for a musician releasing a song is completely different from an ecom brand trying to sell out a product 2. we figure out what content people actually give a fuck about sometimes the brand already has hundreds of hours of content sometimes they have practically nothing either way, we work with what makes sense for the campaign podcasts, streams, interviews, existing ads, product demos, UGC, whatever then we start creating different hooks, formats, edits, and narratives to figure out what resonates and here's the funny thing: most brands THINK they know what content their audience wants they usually don't lol 3. we get the content in front of people this is where our network of 250,000+ creators comes in instead of posting everything on the brand's account and praying the algorithm likes it, independent creators distribute content from their own pages TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, etc. different audiences, different formats, different opportunities to go viral the goal is to have your brand constantly showing up in places where your audience already spends their time that's how you start building omnipresence 4. we let the market tell us what's working this is my favorite part we don't need to sit in a conference room for 3 weeks debating whether a video is going to go viral we just test it some videos get 500 views some get 50,000 some randomly hit 5 million the point isn't knowing which one will work beforehand it's building a system where you can test enough content to identify what works and then do more of it 5. we optimize around performance this is where clipping becomes really interesting from a business perspective campaigns can be structured around performance-based payouts, where eligible creators are compensated based on the views their content generates instead of paying someone a massive upfront fee and hoping their content performs, you can tie creator payouts to actual distribution results obviously views aren't the same thing as sales, which is why we also care about the audience, the narrative, and what happens after someone sees the content 6. we scale the winners once we start seeing which hooks, creators, formats, and narratives are working, we put more resources behind those opportunities sometimes that means recruiting more creators in a specific niche sometimes it means creating 50 variations of a format that already worked sometimes it means completely changing the original creative direction because the audience responded to something nobody expected that's the beauty of it the strategy evolves based on actual results instead of someone's opinion @jamesfettr and I have now generated over 8 BILLION views through @cliphausinc and the biggest thing i've learned is that you cannot predict attention nearly as well as you can build systems to capture it the brands that understand this are going to have a ridiculous advantage over the next few years if you're a founder, creator, or brand looking to understand how clipping could work for your business, shoot me a DM always happy to talk about this stuff

been a few days since i posted on here no excuse really i said i wanted to post every day and then got busy and stopped but being busy is exactly when consistency matters most easy to stay disciplined when you have time harder when you're actually building, taking calls, solving problems, traveling, whatever so yeah this is me holding myself accountable back to posting every day

good time at the @whop Miami event always cool being around people who are building different industries, different businesses, but the same mindset: create value, solve problems, and keep pushing love being around entrepreneurs who are actually in the arena

your time is the only thing you can never get back a lot of founders obsess over saving money but they don't think about what their time is worth if you can close a $50k deal in an hour, spending 5 hours doing something someone else could handle isn't "saving money" you're losing $250k/year worth of focus the goal isn't doing everything yourself the goal is making sure your time is spent where it creates the most value

you can’t outsource understanding a lot of people think if they throw enough money at a problem, someone else will come in and fix it it doesn’t work like that you have to understand the problem first you have to build the foundation you have to know what good looks like the best people don’t come in asking “what can you give me?” they come in asking “what can i build?” the reward comes after the value is created

recently had a reminder that being the biggest company in the room doesn’t mean you win we were competing against another agency for a massive opportunity they had a bigger name, more people, and looked like the obvious choice but once the work started, the difference became clear the details matter the way you communicate matters the way you treat the people you’re working with matters eventually all of the work came over to us not because we were the biggest because we cared more about doing the job right never let ego get bigger than your results

a lot of brands are still trying to win the internet the same way they won TV make one big piece of content put a bunch of money behind it hope people care the internet doesn’t work like that anymore the winners are the brands constantly testing, learning, and showing up in the right places attention is earned one moment at a time

578,551,585 views. the crazy part? none of these views came from people following the brand. they came from putting content in front of audiences that already cared about the topic. this is why distribution is becoming the biggest advantage in marketing. attention is no longer owned by the biggest accounts. it's earned by whoever can create the most moments.
