ClipHaus is hiring a Video Editor. After Effects and Premiere Pro. Both. Non negotiable. We need someone who understands what makes short form content actually perform. Not just how to cut a video but how to make someone stop scrolling in the first two seconds. If that is you, send your best clip to my DMs.

Today the NASDAQ is more than 5% down Trillions deleted! If you instead of buying shares from NASDAQ did a clipping campaign you’d be 50% up 😌

the most valuable real estate in 2026 is the social media algorithm brands paying millions to be on a busy street. meanwhile everyone walking down that street is looking at their phone lol that’s where i want my brand someone opens tiktok. sees us. scrolls for a bit, another creator talking about us. next day, again different people. different videos. same brand tell me that isn’t valuable and this is what people miss when they hear “clipping.” still thinking about someone cutting up a podcast i’m talking about getting a brand in front of people by being all over their IG feeds. through accounts they actually watch you can have the nicest storefront on the block. i want to be the reason someone goes looking for it

seeing @cliphausinc on AP News today is honestly a surreal feeling our Coinbase x VALORANT campaign generated 35M+ organic views and 15,000+ clips, and now we’re seeing that work get recognized on a much bigger stage we spend so much time focused on the next campaign that sometimes we forget to appreciate how far we’ve come incredibly grateful to be trusted by brands like Coinbase and to have a team that puts in the work every single day to make these things happen none of this happens overnight, and we don’t take any of these opportunities for granted still so much more to build 🤝 apnews.com/press-release/ein…

this is what the fastest growing companies don’t tell you: they’re constantly testing content. not 5 videos. not 10 videos. hundreds. because the only way to know what works is to test more. different hooks. different formats. different creators. most companies try to guess what consumers want. the best companies let the market tell them. that’s the power of creator distribution. most companies are still trying to make the perfect post. the best companies are building machines that can test thousands of them. if you’re not thinking about distribution yet, you’re late.

successful AI founders won’t tell you this. if you’re building an AI company and you haven’t tested clipping yet you’re missing out on one of the cheapest growth channels right now. you literally have thousands of people creating content around your product, and you only pay when the content generates results. $0.10-$1 CPM 40-50x cheaper than traditional paid ads. I’ve been scaling brands through a network of 250k+ clippers. the AI companies figuring this out early have an unfair advantage. you getting left behind.

this is what the fastest growing brands don't tell you: they’re constantly testing different content formats, different hooks, different creators, and different angles. they aren’t just posting one video and hoping it works. they’re putting out hundreds of pieces of content every month to figure out what actually connects with consumers. but doing all of that internally is basically impossible. what they do instead is launch mass clipping campaigns. you set a budget and have creators make content around your brand. you can give creators examples of formats that are already working, provide the assets, and let them create variations at scale. one winning format can become 20, 30, even 50 different pieces of content. and this happens before brands commit massive budgets into traditional ads. you only pay creators when they generate verified views. with CPMs starting around $0.10-$2, brands can scale content distribution based on actual performance. more creators. more content. more formats tested. find the winners. double down. scale. that’s how brands build distribution systems instead of relying on one piece of content going viral. if you’re a brand founder and you’re not testing this yet, you’re leaving growth on the table.

people romanticize entrepreneurship way too much “i want to be my own boss” cool now you get to be the boss of: customer problems employee problems cash flow problems not even including YOUR OWN problems welcome to freedom 😂 but I wouldn’t have it any other way :)

brands are still obsessed with follower count. i think it’s one of the dumbest metrics to focus on right now. having 1M followers means nothing if those people don’t care about your content. every platform is becoming an interest-based feed, not a follower-based feed. the algorithm rewards what people engage with. not who has the biggest audience. stop buying reach. start earning attention. this is why clipping is becoming such a powerful distribution channel. you don’t need to build the audience yourself when you can get your content in front of the right people across thousands of pages.

When someone asks me to look at their marketing, the method gets picked in the first 20 minutes of looking at their business The decision tree: Do they have a library of video content? If yes, clipping is the play. An info coach with 200 podcast episodes is sitting on thousands of clips that just need cutting and distributing. Cheapest attention available because the raw material already exists No video library? Then run UGC Hire vetted creators, script them around the offer, and produce the library from scratch. Costs more upfront but every video is built to convert instead of repurposed Don't want faces at all? Slideshows 100% Faceless, cheap to produce, and you can test 30 angles in the time it takes to shoot one ugc video Whichever method runs, the winners don't stay organic. When a video takes off, that exact video gets paid budget behind it The organic run already proved the creative converts, so ad spend only ever touches proven videos Then look at where the traffic lands. A great funnel with a weak offer converts nothing, and a great offer inside a broken funnel bleeds money on every click. If either is off, it gets rebuilt before a dollar goes to distribution Sometimes the leads need a warming layer between the content and the checkout, so that gets built too None of this is complicated individually. The skill is knowing which combination fits which situation, because running the wrong method perfectly still loses money

clipping is flawed. most clipping agencies are entirely focused on one thing: views. but this means nothing if an action doesn’t take place after viewing the content. did they remember the brand?
did they visit the page?
did they actually buy something? thats the part of clipping people are missing. we’ve been focused on figuring out what happens after the view. better geotargeting, content that’s actually relevant to the consumer, comment marketing, and building campaigns around an action instead of just a view count. obviously views matter. you need attention before you can convert anyone. but 20m views from the wrong people that do nothing is a lot less valuable than reaching the right people and actually moving them. clipping shouldn’t just be a way to manufacture views. it should be a distribution channel that drives an outcome.

one thing i’ve learned building companies: the hardest part isn’t finding talented people it’s finding people who care as much as you do skills can be taught but finding someone who looks at a problem and thinks “how do we fix this?” instead of “that’s not my job” that’s the difference the best people on your team don’t need to be pushed they push the company forward themselves

I fucking love seeing the moment a creator or brand goes from “doing well” to “wait… why are they everywhere?” That shit is addicting. There’s nothing better than helping build something that people can’t stop seeing. 🚀

me and my business partner argue almost every single day and honestly i think its one of the healthiest parts of our company i’ve built a business before where i surrounded myself with too many yes men and people were more concerned with keeping everyone happy than actually saying what they thought never doing that again if me and my cofounder think completely different things i’d rather argue about it for an hour and get to the right answer than have him agree with me because i’m the ceo conflict isn’t always a bad thing sometimes it just means both people actually give a fuck #clipping #ClipHaus
