Bend, Oregon man who shot and killed a shooter at his daughters' school speaks out, praises female teacher for fighting the shooter, allowing him to have a clear shot.
Kaylub Giamanco says he is haunted by the sound of children pleading for their lives.
He also praised the teacher for grabbing the gunman's weapon, allowing him to take a shot at the shooter.
"I want to recognize [the teacher]. She gave me the opportunity to make my shot without losing my life..."

Great question to bring up! And the answer is: because the opposing views will not engage. Thomas Lukaszuk was invited, repeatedly, to debate either myself or Keith Wilson and he refused. I was scheduled to participate in a women’s debate, but the organizer could not find a woman on the remain side that was willing to. Many many people have requested either Keith or myself to be interview on the Ryan Jespersen show, but he’s refused. Chris Scott’s Let’s Talk Alberta invites speakers from all perspectives to be featured at his events, but opposing views never accept. 🤷♀️ We do try.

Restoring public hearings on neighbourhood density was the whole point of ending blanket rezoning. Land use changes can still be applied for. The difference is neighbours get a chance to be heard again. Council already passed that after weeks of public input.
Solidifying our own decision should not be controversial. If the plan is to replace it with something similar or worse, we will have to face residents the same way the last term did.
