I have a master’s in nutrition. Riboflavin is vitamin B2. If you can’t pronounce it and do not know what it is maybe don’t be our health secretary!

holy shit MIT researchers just turned skin cells directly into neurons without stem cell intermediate, 100-fold efficiency boost, and they actually worked when transplanted into mouse brains 1/

1/31 Meet project "Good Old USA" the now unsealed DoJ file on the Russian influence in the US to sway opinion on the war in Ukraine. Something Trump has bought into hook-line and sinker. It was held under seal, because we got the literal playbook revealing their methods

Cannabis Users May Fare Better After Heart Attacks, 20-Year Study Suggests Cannabis users had a lower chance of experiencing cardiogenic shock (a life-threatening condition where the heart can't pump enough blood). They were less likely to have an acute ischaemic stroke (a type of stroke caused by blocked blood flow to the brain). They had a reduced risk of cardiac arrest (when the heart suddenly stops beating). They were less likely to need PCI (a procedure to open blocked heart arteries, often called angioplasty). They had a lower risk of dying while in the hospital. Link below 👇

TFG repeatedly claimed “numerous historians” told him that the site was known as the River of Blood. But he did not remember their names. He said the historians had spoken not to him but to “my people.” He refused to identify any who might still possess the historians’ names.

Let me clarify, I have never been more bullish on Cardano. The ecosystem has advanced at an unbelievable pace over the last year. 1. The developer experience is crisp. Aiken, Plu-ts, Opshin, Helios and Scalus have made it unbelievably easy to onboard new developers regardless of their programming background. Similarly there are a ton of offchain frameworks in pretty much every language from TypeScript/JavaScript, Rust, Haskell, Go, Java and even C++. 2. ZK primitives are live, dApps can leverage these primitives to benefit from huge performance enhancements and to implement new privacy features that allow them to interact with real world data without sacrificing user privacy. 3. The primitives required for Optimistic and ZK rollups are live, layer two rollup solutions are coming to Cardano, and they will inherit the security and decentralization of the L1 in ways that are simply impossible in other ecosystems. 4. Account abstraction primitives are here and many of the most talented developers in the ecosystem are taking advantage of them. This enables a huge number of features for the ecosystem. It allows users from other chains to directly interact with Cardano with their native wallets (ie Metamask). It allows for Babel Fees, soul-bound tokens, and even direct orders on pool-based protocols. Through smart wallets, users can trade on their favorite protocols without even submitting a transaction on the layer one (intent-based message passing).

More likely to be struck by ⚡️ than to bankrupt a casino. 1. Trump Taj Mahal: bankrupt ’91 and again ’04. Closed ’16. 2. Trump Plaza Casino: bankrupt ’92 and again ’09. Closed ’14. 3. Trump Marina Casino: bankrupt ’11. 4. Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts: bankrupt ’04.

If he believes his account of events, he’d have to be completely disconnected from reality. If he’s not disconnected, then why is he trying to sell a fanciful exaggerated tale of an event that everyone has seen with their own eyes? Narcissistic Con? Alternative Fact-aholic?

I kept thinking Biden was taking credit for “creating jobs” when actually it was just “replacing jobs” lost to covid. But then I saw this. If the data is accurate, there’s been more monthly job creation every year since covid than in any year of the previous administration.
