No, you have linked the legal threshold for prosecution. Prosecution happens in the most extreme cases. Coercion starts long before it gets to that stage. The kind of emotional abuse we saw last night, with the gaslighting at its core, is a clear example of coercive manipulation.

The only two tier thing is @GoodwinMJ 's hypocrisy. He thinks non violent climate activists should be jailed. Daniel Thomas uses a knife and threatening langauage, and he should be left uncharged. What a topsy turvy world his imagination really is.
