It was great being back in beautiful Idaho to speak out for the speechless! I was encouraged by how many signs I saw urging people to vote NO on Prop 1 (the measure to kill more children made in God's image).

Justice Thomas wrote that mailing abortion drugs violates federal law. Yet President Trump's FDA maintains the Biden-era approval of abortion-by-mail.
The FDA claims it's waiting on a "safety study," but the drug is designed to kill & mailing it violates the law.

Charlie spent his life changing hearts and minds. He took a folding table, a microphone, and a sign that said “Prove me wrong” on college campuses across the country.
He believed disagreement should be met with conversation, not silence. He knew the value of listening before speaking. And he believed a young person who hears the truth plainly and in love can be changed by it.
Charlie Kirk was taken from us far sooner than we imagined. But his legacy lives on—in his example to every young man and woman finding their way to the doors of church, in every student who dares to speak up, and in all who continue to contend for truth and freedom today.
ADF was pleased to present the award to @MrsErikaKirk on her late husband’s behalf. I pray God continues to sustain her and all who loved Charlie.

Please pray for @KristenWaggoner, the team assisting her, and the judges who will hear arguments today in this religious-freedom case.
Today, I’ll have the privilege of arguing before an en banc panel of the 9th Circuit.
@ADFLegal is representing a Christian homeless ministry in Washington state. We’re challenging the State’s unprecedented attempt to determine who is religiously qualified to serve at a church or ministry— coercion that threatens to drive religious groups out of public life.
