Maybe they should just start calling it C19 for sure. What do you think? 🤦♀️💉💉

Jacques Kallis made even the greatest batsmen look clueless! 😮💨🔥 That delivery to Ricky Ponting is pure class - late movement, perfect line, and absolutely no room for the batsman to do anything. This is what happens when skill, control, and natural talent come together. Kallis wasn’t just a world-class batter or a world-class bowler; he was a match-winner in both departments for years.
People will always debate the greatest batter or the greatest bowler, but how many players have dominated both sides of the game like Kallis did? 🐐
Kallis floors Ponting with out-swinging peach

Your LDL isn't the problem.
What your vessel wall DOES to that LDL is the problem.
One enzyme decides everything: eNOS.
When it's coupled, it produces nitric oxide. The most powerful protector your arteries have. When it's uncoupled, that same enzyme produces superoxide. The molecule that oxidizes your LDL inside the wall.
Same particle. Completely different outcome. 🧵

“This is the most significant finding in my 40 year career, I have never seen anything like this…and it’s not geological, because we masked all the geological features. ”
-Dr. Khrosrow Bakhtar PHD describing the results of his preliminary report after leading the subsurface survey at the Noah’s Ark Site.
With over 40 years in rock mechanics and defense tech, Dr. Bakhtar has led over 25 major U.S. Department of Defense projects for agencies like the Air Force, Navy, and DTRA. He has authored over 200 technical papers and developed advanced imaging systems like BakhtarRadar and Forced-Resonance Imaging (FRI) for detecting underground structures.
In short: America’s top rock expert says the Durupinar Formation is not a natural rock formation, and that an “extraordinary structure” lies beneath the surface.

The wonderful thing is that a large portion of the capital comes from the monthly membership fees of Solidarity members. We are building our own university ourselves. One can grumble and moan, rant and rail, but few people or groups are true builders; Afrikaners are!
🚧UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Latest drone shots of the R3.2 billion private Afrikaans university being developed on a 220-hectare site in Pretoria East.
A week after the team cast the dome’s ring beam inside what will become an amphitheatre at Akademia’s campus, they began exposing the concrete and tensioning the cables.
The central needle will reach 25 metres high, while the ring beam stands 13 metres tall and measures 33 metres in diameter. The project has already involved pouring 280 tonnes of concrete to create a dome spanning 850m2.
Quick facts about the development:
• Completion: 2028
• Location: near Boschkop Road, 8 km from Solomon Mahlangu Drive
• First phase is valued at: R1.8 billion
• The campus includes: learning centres, sporting facilities, a library, offices, an amphitheatre, coffee shops, an agricultural facility with its own farm, a cafeteria, a student centre, lecture rooms and laboratories. It will also include 8 student residences with 1,500 beds.
Akademia is targeting an initial enrolment of 3,500 students studying on campus in its first year.

I have spent weeks building the case for root cause heart disease. The dragon. The forest. The genetics. The Nobel Prize.
Now I want to do something nobody on health X does. I want to test my own theory against every competing model. Honestly. No cherry picking. No strawmen.
If the unified theory survives, it is unchallengeable. If it has gaps, I want to find them before someone else does.
Ten theories. One test. Let us begin.

Just astounding what R3.2 B can do
We have got so used to seeing hundreds of billions wasted on SOE’s over the past 30 yrs and basically stolen by corrupt ANC officials and their mates…think Tembisa hospital.

The latest from opening of the Civil hearing in the Netherlands accusing Bill Gates , Albert Bourla and others of producing and distributing bioweapons ( the Covid jabs)
There will be no coverage of this hearing in the legacy media which tells you exactly who owns and controls them.
🚨🚨#BillGatesOnTrial - Attorney Peter Stassen in his opening statement:
✅The defendants have committed unlawful conduct and negligence violating Dutch law and the Nuremberg Code and amounts to genocide.
✅The entire COVID 19 'official narrative' is on trial and it has been established that COVID 19 was not a health emergency it was a globally coordinated project to subject humanity to toxic shots which meet the technical, legal and biological definition of ‘bio-weapons’ as deployed, military countermeasures.
✅This assertion is supported by over 14,000 pages of SOURCE documentation and original contracts which has been submitted by the plaintiffs attorney.

Your brother speaks at a city council meeting against digital ID.
His comments are recorded. His verified identity is attached to the video. AI analyzes it.
Two weeks later, his premiums triple. His mortgage is denied. His employer is told he is a reputational risk.
No arrest. No charge. He just spoke.
This is what digital ID makes possible, and it is being built right now. Online child safety laws are how it gets installed.
Share this with someone who thinks speaking up is still safe.

I spent 6 years believing the same thing your doctor believes. That LDL cholesterol is the enemy. Lower it and you win.
Then I found the data they never show you.
They lowered LDL to 30. The lowest levels ever achieved in human medicine. And 80 percent of the cardiovascular risk was still there.
They did not call it a failure. They called it "residual risk."
I call it the twelve heads they never checked.

We, the authors, retracted the paper, @Drlipid
This was due to the anomalous @Cleerlyhealth dataset they provided us alongside their repeated refusal to quality control check their work.
Study participants have since resubmitted their scans and have gotten results far more in line with the other independent analyses from Heartflow and QAngio.
So yes, understandably, we moved to withdraw the paper leading to its retraction.
(This has been known for over half year now.)

Regarding Our Request to Retract the Cleerly Analysis
I’ve recently discussed the news that we’ve had multiple participants from the KETO-CTA study independently resubmit their heart scans (CTA) to Cleerly. (See below)
The results showed notable differences from the original Cleerly analysis. That said, these individual submissions were broadly consistent with the other independent analyses within our study.
Moreover, after publication of the paper, we learned the data provided to Cleerly was not fully blinded. Despite our repeated requests (including offers to cover costs), Cleerly declined to perform a fully blinded re-analysis.
It’s worth emphasizing, as with any other longitudinal study, it has always been the expectation of the research team that all analyses would be fully blinded – this isn’t just standard, it’s vital for the integrity of the study itself.
Given we could no longer stand behind the Cleerly-specific portion of the April 7th paper, we formally asked JACC Advances to withdraw this paper, citing this Cleerly dataset and our concerns regarding its validity.
On January 12, 2026, the journal confirmed a full retraction. We expect its official posting on this soon.
Our primary paper—which includes the HeartFlow and pre-specified QAngio analyses—is currently in peer review. Importantly, the two principal findings reported in the original paper— (1) baseline plaque strongly predicts future plaque progression, and (2) ApoB was not associated with plaque progression—were independently reproduced in both the HeartFlow and QAngio analyses.
We're excited to share these updated, blinded analyses in the peer-reviewed process soon. You can find the preprint linked below.
And once again, thanks to everyone for all your support.

Steve Irwin was one of the most passionate animal lovers on the planet. He also wasn’t a vegetarian, and he had a clear reason why.
In a 2001 interview with Scientific American he explained that he went through a phase where he seriously considered going vegetarian. He researched it hard. His conclusion was the opposite of what most people assume.
He used a simple land-use example: one cow could keep him fed for roughly a month. That same piece of land could still have trees, grass, kangaroos, wallabies, goannas, birds, and the rest of the Australian wildlife living in and around it. The cow and the wild animals could coexist.
A plant-only diet for the same period, he argued, required clearing more land just for crops. Once you level that ground for rice or whatever else, almost nothing else can live there except a few pest insects. Habitat gone. Wildlife gone.
He wasn’t anti-meat. He was anti-destroying habitat. And he drew a hard line on which animals should be eaten. He hated the idea of farming or eating Australia’s icons — kangaroos, emus, crocodiles. Those animals were part of the country’s identity and tourism. He wanted people eating the livestock that already occupied grazing land (beef, lamb, etc.), not turning the bush into more monoculture or harvesting the wildlife itself.
On the day he died he had a classic Aussie breakfast: bacon and eggs. He lived a high-output outdoor life and fueled it with real food, not ideology.
Irwin’s position was straightforward: protect the wild animals, keep the land working, and don’t pretend that clearing more ground for plants is automatically better for nature. A lot of modern “eat less meat for the environment” arguments still haven’t grappled with the trade-off he laid out more than 20 years ago.
