Since 1st September, @the5erstrading updated 13 FAQ pages until this post. Our Fine Print tracker missed all of them. Here's why: A sitemap redirection error on The5ers' site kept those pages out of our tracker's view. The same error affects how search engines see their site. 8 of the 13 are High Stakes pages, all edited on Sept 14–15. We couldn't find an announcement for any of them in their social media or website. This is not a "gotcha". Firms edit their FAQs all the time, and sitemap bugs can happen to everyone. Unfortunately, we've seen both at the same time with @the5erstrading What we did: So two days ago we sent @the5erstrading a document covering the issue, how it hurts their own site, and how to fix it. Free of charge. Errors like this will happen again, at other firms too. Each time, we'll update Fine Print so nothing gets missed and each time we will get in touch with the firm. A few prop firms quietly rewrote their rules this week. @tradeify247. @HolaPrimeGlobal. @Topstep. @AquaFunded One added a fee on every payout. One actually made a rule easier. Rule changes in prop trading industry are usually retroactive in one direction: against the trader. @tradeify247 just went the other way. Five help-center pages edited on their 1-Step model, and per their announcement it applies to accounts already traded. 💰 Payout lock line for 1-Step: gone. 📆 3 min profitable days before first payout: now 2-Step only. 💸 Daily payouts, multiple per day allowed 📉 6% drawdown stays static, even after payouts.
