We have added over 300 names in the last 5 weeks, almost all from Submission Requests put in through our website. Over 3,000 entries now. Our hope is that by bringing these names and numbers to light, future victims can be prevented.

295 of 2,863 entries in the Protestant Accountability database are labeled "mishandled allegations." Common patterns: • Keeping accused leaders in power • Relocating them to new churches • Prioritizing the institution over survivors • Failing to report potential crimes

Over 2,700 names started in the Protestant Accountability database + 400 submitted in weeks, closing in on 3,000. With most abuse going unreported and rarely seeing justice, this database represents only a tiny fraction of actual misconduct in Protestant spaces.
