SDG&E has reported $29 Million more in profit than is authorized by state regulations. San Diegans deserve an explanation for having to pay constantly rising energy rates while @SDGE’s profits continue to grow.

Strange = appearance of impropriety at best. Corrupt as hell at worst. Remember, Cisterra was put in place as middleman not to negotiate (committed buyer and motivated seller need no help) but to protect Kevin, Todd and Mara from looking corrupt while they gave city $ to donors.
Our city is suing Cisterra, the broker for the awful 101 Ash Street deal.
So it's STRANGE for 2 of Mayor Gloria's top aides to meet privately with lobbying firm, Southwest Strategies, who works on Cisterra's behalf. With no lawyers in present.
