Today we became a publicly traded company.
As of this morning we trade on @Euronext Access Paris under the ticker MLPTZ. As far as we know, we are the first early-stage investment firm and venture builder to list in France, and probably in Europe. 🏴☠️
Here is the take we keep hearing we should not say out loud: everyone repeats that the public markets are dead, especially for young companies. We disagree.
We listed on purpose, straight into that skepticism, because permanent capital, transparency and public accountability are the right foundation to build frontier technology from Europe.
What this is not: a finish line. It is a starting line.
We will keep building in public, the real version, not the press-release one.

What does 2035 look like in an era shaped by AI, and how should we invest today with that future in mind?
☕ Back in June, we had the pleasure of co-organizing the first edition of Café2035 Paris with @peignoir.
Last week, we were happy to return for the second edition, with @bilalelalamy sharing his vision of 2035, the changes AI could bring, and how that outlook shapes our investment thesis at @pyratzcorp.
🙏 A big thank you to @peignoir and @jmpailhon for the invitation and for bringing these conversations to life.
If you missed the in-person event last week, here's the replay of Bilal's talk 👇
☕ In June, we co-organized the first Café2035 Paris edition with @peignoir. It was a room full of solo founders building with AI, swapping ideas, and proving that going solo doesn't mean going it alone.
We're happy to be back for edition No.2 of Café2035 Paris - Agentic Solo Founder, and this time our founder @bilalelalamy is joining as speaker. 🎤

Replying to @PyratzCorp
@PyratzCorp is listed in Paris and just bought into @Kimi_Moonshot, the company behind Kimi.
@bilalelalamy on how: a Franco-Chinese fund put its Moonshot shares in a vehicle, Pyratz bought into the vehicle and syndicated investors to land the allocation.
Pyratz Corp retweeted
Why would French @PyratzCorp back China's @Kimi_Moonshot over @MistralAI?
@bilalelalamy: it backs both. Open weights, self-hostable, cheap. His Paris lawyer uses Kimi over Claude or @OpenAI's ChatGPT, and Pyratz runs 90% of its own work on it.

In this episode, two Paris founders join us on the ground: @PyratzCorp co-founder and CEO @bilalelalamy on backing Moonshot AI and passing on OpenAI, and @DustHQ co-founder and CEO @gabhubert on why AI agents built for one person break down in a team.
We also break down how @OpenAI's revenue figure went from nearly $70 billion to $50 billion in about 10 days, what that did to @Oracle and @CoreWeave, and @RevolutApp's plan for a $200 billion valuation and a New York listing.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Bilal El Alamy on taking Pyratz public through a shell company with no IPO, its €100,000 stake in Moonshot AI, and why he would not join OpenAI's reported $30 billion raise at a $1.4 trillion valuation
Gabriel Hubert on how Dust triages its own support tickets with agents, and why personal agents like OpenAI's Dots and @Microsoft's Copilot struggle in a team
Revolut is still waiting on the FDIC and the Federal Reserve for its US bank charter, with no IPO before 2028
OpenAI leaves out sales through cloud partners like Amazon and Google Cloud, while @AnthropicAI counts them. The business did not shrink
OpenAI makes up around half of Oracle's computing backlog, and Oracle fell 5.5% and CoreWeave nearly 8% on October 8
Anthropic booked $11.5 billion in Q2 against $6.7 billion for OpenAI, and @sama says there is no OpenAI IPO this year

Everything discussed is our own opinion and is not investment advice.
Figures are as reported at the time of recording.
Going from 0 to 10 customers is the hardest part of building a business.
You can build a product in weeks with AI. Finding the first people willing to pay? Still painfully manual.
So we built Rainmaker to close that gap. 🌧️
Give it your website link. It finds the right prospects, qualifies them, researches their context, writes personalized outreach, and handles replies so you can book meetings and focus on the relationship.

Europe produces world-class deep tech. Yet we capture too little of the value.
That's why at @PyratzCorp we back founders building sovereign tech from Europe and stays embedded to build real value, not just deploy capital.
Equity story now public 🇪🇺
pyratzcorp.com/en/equity-sto…
This summer, we invested in @kimi_moonshot. Today, we're publishing our thesis: Pyratz 2036 - Harnessing the Power of Intelligence, Responsibly.
And we're now working on investments in space and robotics 🚀, where intelligence meets the physical world.
Here's the idea. 👇
AI is making intelligence cheap and everywhere. So the value stops living in the models. It moves to the things AI can't copy overnight: ⚡ energy, compute, real-world factories, trusted data, and the industries like health and finance where someone still has to grant permission.
That's where we invest.
But there's a deeper risk than who makes money. As machines get more capable, people quietly lose agency. The power to choose, to own, and to say no.
Three lines sum it up:
✖️ Abundance is not agency.
✖️ Access is not ownership.
✖️ Optimization is not freedom.
One belief drives all of it: 🇪🇺 Europe keeps inventing the future and then renting it back. We exist to break that pattern.

AI will make capability abundant. Our job is to keep ownership and choice from becoming scarce. 🔑

In the exchange with @Analyticsindiam, we revealed why Pyratz Corp, as a French investor, is betting on China's @Kimi_Moonshot at a 30Bn$ valuation.
The short version: the best AI bets aren't where everyone is already looking.
While most European capital chases the same handful of US labs, we went to the team building Kimi, one of the sharpest frontier models in the world.
Three convictions behind the move:
→ Frontier AI is global. Betting only on one geography is a failure of imagination.
→ Moonshot is building at a level the market still underrates.
→ A listed European studio can move capital into the future faster than the consensus expects.

Meet Rainmaker: Your AI Sales Team that actually books you Meetings 🌧️
Most outbound tools stop at sending. But sending was never the hard part.
We think AI shouldn't just prospect and draft outreach. It should handle the replies and book the meetings too, carrying each prospect all the way to a confirmed meeting on your calendar. That's where Rainmaker stops, and it's the part most tools leave to you.
💡 Here's the full cycle, and the video shows it end to end:
→ Paste a website, and Rainmaker learns who genuinely buys
→ It drafts the outreach with a real source behind every claim
→ When someone replies, it reads the full thread and drafts the response
→ When they're ready to meet, it books the meeting
The result: managing your AI team takes about 10 minutes a day. Your people stop chasing and drafting, and spend their time where it actually pays off, in the meetings themselves.
You stay in control the whole way. Nothing goes out unseen.
