Forcing the crowd to cheer for you is so cringe. Like stop telling them what to do.
I know Iβve talked about this before but I think it might actually be happening this time ππ€£
If I were moving to Charlotte and wanted to live within just a few miles of an indoor pickleball facility, what is the best area to look in?
That was my favorite match of the year πππ§¨
Happy Halloween!
Asia Domestic scared USA a lil bit!ππ»π

Shout out to the people that arenβt fans of the Brewers or the Rays, but theyβre still up at midnight watching the 12th inning of the World Series because it might be the last chance to watch baseball for 5 months. The true baseball fans.
One time I went to a Brewers game and this woman a couple rows behind me was drunk AF just yelling gOoBrEwrrRs like every 10 seconds no matter what was going on for at least 5 innings.
I bet sheβs absolutely smashed right now. Happy for her.

Just updated the Pickleball Pro Medal Tracker online with this past weekend's PPA Hong Kong Slam, PPA Ottawa 125 and the APP Next event in Kansas City.
docs.google.com/spreadsheetsβ¦
Fun fact: at the APP Next event, Tristan Dussault had the first ever Quadruple Crown at a pro event. APP next events have a fourth pro draw for the Men (to take the place of Mixed in case they can't get a partner) and Dussault won that plus the 3 conventional draws.

On October 13, 2006, I, 11 years old, was sitting in my middle school cafeteria. I was crying.
I couldn't get up. I literally could not stand up.
It hurt too much. I spent the next three months in a wheelchair. I stopped going to school. I could barely eat. It was geniunely the worst I have ever felt in my life.
On October 26, 2006, exactly 20 years ago today, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and enteropathic arthritis.
20 years ago started what I can only describe as a war. Battles, both internal and external. Scars, both physical and emotional.
A war that I seem to currently be winning, but rarely does it actually feel that way.
It's a personal war. It really doesn't get much more personal than auto-immune.
But, even though it's my war, my body, my disease, I haven't fought it without backup.
My family has been there every step of the way. My community has shown up in ways I never expected.
It makes sense though, how do you win a war? You mobilize an army.
Please join me, on Sunday, December 6, 2026, in my war against inflammatory bowel disease. eventbrite.com/e/3rd-annual-β¦

Rain, steep stone stairs, and 43 miles of mountain trail couldn't stop them. This Team Challenge crew spent 5 days trekking to Machu Picchu, fundraising for our mission to find cures and better treatments and to improve the lives of people living with IBD. Thank you for every mile, every dollar raised, and every bit of hope you carried to the top. π
