VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.
So there is ZERO confusion, let me make myself crystal clear.
I believe the @jockeyclub, @hisa_us, @Keeneland and the @BreedersCup, along with @TOBAhorses , the @NTRA and members of the @TheNYRA
board are all far more connected, coordinated and intertwined than they want anyone in this industry to believe.
They all love to hide behind the same bullshit transparency.
“We’re independent.”
“Different leadership.”
“Different boards.”
“Different organizations.”
Give me a f$&kin break.
In my opinion, The Jockey Club stewards sit right in the middle of this entire ecosystem, with their fingerprints and influence reaching into almost every important part of Thoroughbred racing.
And when the same people, relationships, interests and organizations keep showing up everywhere, I think the industry has every right to ask some very uncomfortable questions.
Potential conflicts of interest.
Potential self-dealing.
Potential lying.
Potential cheating.
Potential corruption.
Potential greed.
Potential abuse of power.
Potential manipulation.
And potentially things being done behind closed doors that would look VERY different if the entire industry could actually see them.
That’s why I’m saying it publicly.
And if I’m completely wrong???
SUE ME!!!!! 😃
Seriously.
I welcome it!!!!!
Because then we get to my favorite word:
DISCOVERY.
Let’s see the emails.
Let’s see the texts.
Let’s see the board minutes.
Let’s see the private conversations.
Let’s see the financial relationships including loans and forgiven loans.
Let’s see who is talking to who.
Let’s see who is influencing who.
Let’s see who benefits.
Let’s see how many of these “independent” organizations are really independent when the doors are closed.
Open the f$&king books.
Let’s F$&kin Go!!!!!
Because if I were sitting on one of these boards and somebody publicly accused my organization of operating like this and I knew it was completely false I would come after them immediately.
So come after me!!!!! 😃
Because playing offense against me means opening themselves up too.
And I know the LAST thing some of these people want is real discovery, real transparency and somebody who isn’t afraid of them digging through how this industry actually operates.
And trust me, I have a hell of a lot more.
A LOT f$&kin more!!!!!
I hit the Jockey Club Stewards like Buster Douglas hit Mike Tyson. They were so full of themselves they never saw it coming from Mike from Queens. Tyson was never the same after that. Neither are the Stewards.
I’m going to fight harder.
It’s about the future of the entire sport and the people who love this sport and need this sport.
So to all these organizations preaching transparency while hiding behind their “independent” leadership and “independent” boards:
F$&kin sue me!!!!! 😃
Let discovery prove me wrong.
GAME ON. ♥️💪
Feel free to retweet this so everyone sees this!!!!!

🚨THE 1% HAD THE POWER. THE 99% FOUND ITS VOICE.🚨
And we’re not giving it back.
Our Public Awareness Campaign continues this weekend in @DailyRacingForm
(See ad below)
This campaign has always been about something positive: making the sport we love stronger.
More transparency.
More accountability.
More integrity.
And a louder voice for the owners, trainers, breeders, horseplayers, backstretch workers, aftercare organizations and fans who make this industry possible.
And the 99% is being heard.
To the 1% that continues to believe silence is an answer: you are making a serious mistake.
You can ignore the questions.
You can ignore the posts.
You can ignore the ads.
But you cannot ignore an industry that has found its voice.
We’re organized.
We’re persistent.
And we have no intention of going back to the way things were.
To the 1%: you’re not in charge anymore. The 99% has found its voice, and we’re not giving it back.
The path forward is simple: listen, answer the questions, embrace transparency and work with the 99% to move racing forward.
Because change isn’t coming.
CHANGE IS ALREADY HERE AND WE HAVE ALL THE MOMENTUM.
WE LOVE OUR SPORT.

🚨🚨 THE 1% THOUGHT THEY COULD DO NOTHING AND WAIT US OUT. BIG MISTAKE. 🚨🚨
THE 99% IS ABOUT TO GET A WHOLE LOT LOUDER.
Maybe they thought we’d get tired.
Maybe they thought they could ignore us long enough and we’d eventually go away.
THEY MISJUDGED THE 99%.
Our Public Awareness Campaign is preparing for its BIGGEST EXPANSION YET.
Our advertising in Daily Racing Form and Indian Charlie will continue.
But now, Dianne and I are preparing to take our message BEYOND THE RACING BUBBLE AND INTO THE NATIONAL SPOTLIGHT.
We are currently working on advertising opportunities with:
POLITICO.
THE HILL.
THE WALL STREET JOURNAL.
USA TODAY.
AXIOS.
LEXINGTON AND LOUISVILLE DIGITAL AND POSTER BILLBOARDS.
The questions we’ve been asking inside horse racing are about to reach a much bigger audience.
THE 1% CAN’T SILENCE US.
THEY CAN’T WAIT US OUT.
AND THEY CAN’T SINGLE HANDEDLY DECIDE THAT THE 99% DOESN’T MATTER.
This movement belongs to the aftercare organizations, owners, trainers, breeders, horseplayers, backstretch workers, fans and everyone else who believes our sport deserves transparency, accountability and meaningful reform.
Now we need everyone’s help.
IMPORTANT: 👉DON'T JUST LIKE OUR X POSTS, REPOST OUR X POSTS.
Every repost expands our reach. Every repost brings new eyes to the issues. Every repost makes the voice of the 99% harder to ignore.
WE AREN’T BACKING DOWN.
WE AREN’T SLOWING DOWN.
WE’RE EXPANDING.
And never forget why we’re doing this:
❤️WE LOVE OUR SPORT❤️
WE LOVE IT TOO MUCH TO SIT QUIETLY WHILE THE 1% DECIDES ITS FUTURE FOR THE OTHER 99%.
THE FIGHT MOVES ON.
THE 99% IS READY.
REFORM IS COMING!

As thousands of wild horses and burros face roundups across the West, scrutiny is growing over what happens to animals sold out of federal custody.
“The BLM has failed in its responsibility to ensure that the nation’s wild horses and burros go to reputable homes and has instead set the stage for their betrayal and deaths,” says @humaneworldkb.
@humaneworldorg is warning that failures in the federal system have allowed some once-protected animals to enter the slaughter pipeline and that proposed budget changes could further weaken longstanding safeguards if Congress does not restore them.

ATTN. HORSE RACING INDUSTRY:
CASH RICH. INDUSTRY POOR.
$3,059,000 IN ONE DAY
CAVIAR AND CRACKERS FOR LUNCH TODAY AT 250 PARK AVE.
So far today, the S&P 500 gained approximately 1.9% today.
Using publicly reported figures:
• The Jockey Club’s approximately $41 million in liquid reserves generated about $779,000.
• The Breeders’ Cup’s approximately $120 million in cash and investments generated about $2,280,000.
Combined: approximately $3,059,000 in a SINGLE DAY.
That’s more money than many racing participants will earn in a LIFETIME.
Meanwhile, the industry is told there’s not enough money for aftercare, fan development, marketing, or meaningful investment in the future of the sport.
The question isn’t whether the money exists.
The question is why organizations with more than $160 million in liquid assets continue to grow investment accounts while paying millions in executive compensation and offering so little transparency about the long-term plan for racing.
At 250 Park Avenue, the portfolio worked hard today.
What did racing get? ZERO!

WHEN THE REFEREE OWES YOU MONEY
HISA was sold as an independent regulator.
Yet HISA’s own CEO acknowledged that the Breeders’ Cup provided loans to help fund HISA’s operations.
Breeders’ Cup currently sits on approximately $120 million in investments and assets while the industry continues to ask where that money should be deployed.
Legitimate question:
How can horsemen have confidence in complete independence when one of racing’s most powerful organizations is also financing the regulator?
The industry deserves transparency.
•Who loaned the money?
• At the time of the decision to make the loans, were Breeders’ Cup members made aware of all the transactions?
• How much remains outstanding?
• Why hasn’t the money been repaid?
• When will it be repaid?
• Why hasn’t this relationship been discussed more openly?
If racing wants trust, it can’t keep operating through a web of loans, overlapping leadership circles, and closed-door relationships.
The public was promised independent oversight.
The industry got the same small group writing checks to each other.
Silence only fuels more questions.
