“Based upon everything I heard, Borgonzi [Titan GM] did not get the best possible return [in the Jeff Simmons trade].”
So much for the “Poles got fleeced” crowd.

Damn I’m starting to sound like a Bears fan 🤮
After ONE game I see why Chicago paid that price.
Bears might actually win the NFC and I hate that I’m even saying this.
Who’s y’all NFC favorite? Bears, Lions, 49ers or somebody else?

#Seahawks QB Sam Darnold also cracked a rib on the second play of Monday night's game … and played the rest of the game through it.
This was the hit from #Bears DB Kyler Gordon 👇
Bears fans dumb enough to think Baltimore wanted Bagent 🤦🏽. Chicago is stuck with him, no one outside of Chicago wants him.
Trade: the Arizona Cardinals are finalizing a trade to send QB Jacoby Brissett to the Baltimore Ravens, per @RapSheet and me. Deal is expected to be completed this weekend.
The Ravens lost QB Lamar Jackson to a thumb injury, and his backup Tyler “Snoop” Huntley to turf toe.

Game-Winning Fair Catch Free Kick
Following a fair catch by Bears punt returner Cecil Turner with :26 remaining in a 10-10 tie with the Packers at Lambeau, Chicago opts to take the very rare "free kick".
Mac Percival connects, un-rushed, from 43 yards out to give the Bears a 13-10 win.
(Following a fair catch, the receiving team has the option to try an untimed "free kick" — either a placekick using a holder or a drop kick, in which the defense must stand 10 yards back and cannot rush until the ball is kicked.)

The Jack Campbell injury and subsequent updates are not typical in the NFL. Based on the video, it didn't appear to be the kind of injury that would cause paralysis. Hoping and praying for the best, but the situation is concerning.

Caleb Williams breaks an All-Time NFL Record: Williams entered tonight's game against Seattle tied with Aaron Rodgers at 35 consecutive regular-season games with:
- At least 20 pass attempts.
- No more than one interception.
The new record is now 36.
Incredible
The @ChicagoBears are the first team in NFL history to beat both Super Bowl participants from the previous season in primetime in back-to-back games.
I would expect nothing less from this once proud now-trash organization. Sad. No pathetic really.
#Packers HC Matt LaFleur opening statement on RB Josh Jacobs:
"We're aware of the prior allegations on Josh. We're going to allow the NFL to do its process. But I would anticipate him being a member of us moving forward."
