Fred. I’ve never seen any of your content before. But come on, you and I both know what you’re doing/do
Deflect and move goal posts when called out all you like
But lots of ppl aren’t stupid
Plus, dude, for the love of god, be better
You’re obviously proud of your following/business. But SM businesses naturally result in some pretty shitty behaviour. Reflect
The biggest criticism of most S&C education is graduate coaches lack of ability to be able to DO. They have learned some concepts, but they don't know HOW to use them.
Everything we do at @ALTIS Higher Education is about HOW
HOW to think
HOW to apply
Step by step - from embracing complexity to determining action

Do you know of any evidence that has actually looked at it? I can’t work out the biological basis. Is max strength 30 days because of structural changes? but then repeat power 15 and speed 5. You think it’s fast to slow: ATP-PCR, glycolytic, aerobic but somehow linked in with neural and structural components?
Also pretty sure @MarkBennett07 has some data which refutes some of it. Can’t remember

Vs the more traditional (I do this with people as an early progression, but love to the former)
This gives the non working leg a focus of ‘away’ from the body. I.e reach leg away, pelvis drops towards ground and demand is very different

So I’ve generally moved to asking for more of this
Intent to have a focus for non working leg as ‘towards’ the body and not ‘away’. I think it ups intensity as stops pelvis dropping on that side vs an away focus
Low box helps as need to draw leg up to make space
Biomechanical Research Conclusions ≠ Our Coaching Focus
Stop the basic description of positions. Its low order thinking and low impact
Stop being obsessed with shapes in COD analysis
"Dont have internal rotation here"
"Dont turn the foot out here"
"Dont have trunk lean here"
The basic description of the positions and shapes which associate with injury isn't where the impact is
Its the patterns between these positions and the underpinning physics (which create the largest constraints) that need your focus
Start with momentum and impulse analysis and focus on what pattern is used to control the athletes velocity
