Not to take issue with you, but absent the inception of the Lease Term, all of the other important provisions aren’t in place: Insurance, Indemnity, Subrogation & even Bldg. Rules/Regs that bind the new Tenant; even without Rents, these provisions are core to the LL & Asset. :)
Ann Arbor (A2) is on the list but opting for Traverse City, MI. Lots of Great Fishing, Great #Retail in the Water Front CBD - Awesome Golf, Real Estate. & Cherryland Airport :) Grand Rapids tops them (Cosmopolitan with Great Churches) but it’s less than 100 MI 🇺🇸
