Looking for a #nowinnofee lawyer to take on @BritishGas case of wrong meters on new build for 2 yrs resulting in me overpaying £1600 in gas, elec figures still undisclosed. They've ignored @EnergyOmbudsman for 10 months. Can you help? @MartinSLewis @laurapurkess @BBCSimonJack
@britishgas you are a common thief. A highwayman. You've overcharged me £1699 for electricity after putting the wrong meters on my house. It took me 2.5 years & intervention of @EnergyOmbudsman to extract figures from you. You still haven't disclosed the gas figures #legalaction
So don't come to me now saying "we are investigating your complaint and will respond in 5 working days" I have raised numerous complaints since 2022. You are a disgrace. Pay me what you owe me, before I take legal action to recover it. Disgraceful customer service. #nowinnofee
Incredible. 2 diff people from 2 diff depts of @BritishGas contacted me today to get my details, an overview & @EnergyOmbudsman case number. Nothing is joined up. All this info is on my account. No wonder my case for being overcharged for 2 yrs has been kicked down the road
