This kid who is STILL recording the hard-working man is a complete jackhole. If he really was sorry, he would’ve turned that the recording the moment the man was upset.

Chat GPT isn’t the killer. It’s sheer ignorance and stupidity.

I hadn’t heard of that. I guess if the fed government doesn’t intervene, the state can make its own rules.

Weird. We release the results online to all the clinicians and patients the moment we close the report. It’s a federal law from my understanding.

Yup. It’s the worst. Had to tell parent of a minor that the kid had likely GBM at 8 pm for “blurry vision and dizziness” because i couldn’t get PCP on the phone.

Looking great! 👏🏻

Yup. I’ve done that on occasion. And usually, it’s easier getting the pt on the phone than the ordering clinician

💯. It shouldn’t just be the ordering docs/clinicians job to follow up. Patients nowadays need to take ownership of their health data, especially now that all labs and imaging reports are available online the moment they’re processed. The patient’s self-advocacy should be part of the “closed loop” using their own AI agents.

Is this because you’re in a HCOL/VHOL region? That seems so absurd that a professional double income couple cannot afford a house 😳

Damn. That number is way too high. In my med school class, we had 3% go into rads. I think that percentage is more common in the US

Sounds about right. There is literally an Outpatient imaging center every 5-10 miles in my town, not including those in hospitals.
