Quando comecei o Explorador, o objetivo era simples, trazer transparência ao imobiliário português e combater a especulação.
Não faz sentido comprar uma casa de 400 mil euros sem saber quanto custam realmente as casas naquela zona.
A informação existe. Só faltava torná-la acessível a todos.

a lot of debate on ethereum's "soul". Well I am in the camp that it has no soul. Sure the participants do. But we are anthropomorphizing or doing the hobbes 'leviathan' thing. People always want to be ruled by something. Or to delegate their own autonomy and responsibility, now even acute with AI. Build anything. But build. Or contribute capital. Should ethereum be more corporate. Should it be more revolutionary. For builders, this is all just posturing and self-congratulatory. It literally makes no sense to even talk about. This is a ledger people. Put the data in the blocks bro.
