This is a fun and functional visual! Love seeing information become more accessible for students through the use of words, images, and organization. #UDL #EDI #accessibility

A relevant and much needed read for…everyone. If you haven’t watched the author’s show on Netflix called Feel Good…also recommended. If I was still teaching, I would be using this book everyday to have conversations with Ss and colleagues. For now, my friends will do.

Excited to start my new gig this week: Instructional Designer at Lethbridge College with the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Innovation. It feels good to start using my brain again! A particular shoutout to my ALM team @BrianneEHutch & @joellereynolds! @LC_CTLI

Would definitely use this beginning of @erinmorgenstern’s book Starless Sea as a #mentortext. Draws you in immediately. #engchat

This. This. This. This is the next right thing. @GlennonDoyle has created yet another brutiful thing. @MerriamWebster when is “brutiful” going to make it into the dictionary? #wecandohardthings
Dear educators and lover’s of books, I can’t recommend this book enough! I laughed out loud countless times at the wit and cleverness and I couldn’t stop thinking about what a great resource this would be of mentor texts for reading like a writer. #engchat #dearfahrenheit451

Me at every meeting: “You don’t know who Brené Brown is? That explains a lot...I am sending everyone links!” 🤣🤣🤣 Love how often @BreneBrown ends up being referenced in shows and movies these days. #vulnerability @mythic_quest

Damn @WordsandGuitar This passage is making me rethink literally everything — basically have to come from a place of “everything is harmful until proven kind”. A great quickwrite text and critical thinking activity. #diversity #edutwitter #engchat

Replying to @Pierce_Brown
@Pierce_Brown ...really liking the start of this series. But a question: if you were to write this again, today, would you still use this phrase?
