VETERANS FOR AMERICA FIRST ENDORSES ROBERT KEYES FOR OKLAHOMA STATE SENATE DISTRICT 24
VFAF Backs Oklahoma Business Leader and Conservative Robert Keyes for State Senate
OKLAHOMA — August 19, 2026 — Veterans for America First (VFAF) is proud to announce its endorsement of Robert C. Keyes for Oklahoma State Senate District 24, supporting a proven Oklahoma businessman and conservative leader committed to strengthening families, supporting veterans, growing the economy, and bringing accountable leadership to the State Capitol.
Keyes is a lifelong Oklahoman who rose from poverty through hard work and determination to become a successful businessman and job creator. He currently serves as President and CEO of Associated Industries, an environmental drilling and construction company based in Norman, Oklahoma. Together with his wife, Sandy, Keyes has founded and co-founded multiple business ventures, creating jobs and supporting working families throughout the state.
Keyes has also established a national and international reputation in the groundwater industry, an area critical to Oklahoma's agriculture, energy sector, economy, and long-term natural-resource security. He serves as Treasurer of the National Ground Water Association and as Chairman of NGWA University, an educational initiative powered by Oklahoma State University that provides training and workforce development for the next generation of skilled professionals.
His campaign for Senate District 24 is centered on conservative, results-driven priorities including lowering taxes, reducing government waste, supporting small businesses and job creation, strengthening public safety, improving education and workforce opportunities, and demanding greater transparency and accountability from state government.
Keyes' commitment to service extends beyond business. He founded the faith-based Morning Dove Foundation to help prepare young people for future careers and has been involved in mentoring students in leadership, responsibility, and service. Keyes and his family are active in their church, community ministries, and initiatives supporting America's veterans.
As a husband, father, and grandfather, Keyes has emphasized the importance of strong families and communities. He and Sandy have three grown children and eight grandchildren and operate a horse ranch near Purcell, Oklahoma.
Jacqueline Capriotti, VFAF National Ambassador, issued the following statement in support of the endorsement:
“I’m proud to support Robert C. Keyes for the Oklahoma State Senate District 24. I believe he will be a strong voice for Oklahoma families, veterans, and the values that make our communities stronger.”— Jacqueline Capriotti, VFAF National Ambassador
Veterans for America First believes Keyes' combination of private-sector experience, commitment to veterans and families, conservative principles, and record of community leadership makes him a strong choice to represent Oklahoma Senate District 24, which includes communities in Moore, south Oklahoma City, and north Norman.
VFAF encourages voters in Senate District 24 to support Robert C. Keyes and his campaign to bring principled, accountable, and effective conservative leadership to the Oklahoma State Senate.

VETERANS FOR AMERICA FIRST CONGRATULATES RON ELLER ON MISSISSIPPI PRIMARY VICTORY 🇺🇸
Veterans for America First (VFAF) congratulates Ron Eller on winning the Republican primary for Mississippi’s 2nd Congressional District in a hard-fought race decided by a narrow margin.
With the final contest coming down to approximately 51% to 49%, every vote mattered. VFAF was proud to endorse Ron Eller, and we believe our endorsement and grassroots support helped provide critical momentum in a race where even a small shift in voter support could make the difference.
Ron Eller represents the kind of leadership Veterans for America First was founded to support. He is a U.S. Army veteran and retired Captain who served as a 91B Combat Medic. During his military career, Eller was selected as Soldier of the Year for U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), and Fort Benning, Georgia.
This victory demonstrates why grassroots endorsements matter. When veterans, America First activists, and Republican voters organize behind strong candidates, they can make the difference—especially in races decided by only a few hundred votes.
VFAF proudly stood with Ron Eller in the primary, congratulates him on this important victory, and encourages Mississippi Republicans to unite behind him as he carries the fight forward for Mississippi’s 2nd Congressional District.

COMMON SENSE VS. COMMUNISM — ILLINOIS NEEDS JIM MARTER IN CONGRESS
Communism is not some forgotten threat from the history books. Its modern forms are still built on the same dangerous foundation: centralized power, government control, suppression of individual liberty, and the steady erosion of the freedoms that generations of Americans fought to defend.
The answer is common sense, constitutional government, individual freedom, secure elections, fiscal responsibility, and America First leadership.
That is why Veterans for America First (VFAF) proudly endorses Jim Marter for Congress in Illinois’ 14th Congressional District.
Illinois has seen firsthand what happens when government grows more powerful while taxpayers, families, small businesses, and individual liberties take a back seat. America does not need more politicians who accommodate the far-left agenda. We need representatives willing to confront it.
Jim Marter understands the ideological battle facing our country. He knows that freedom must be defended, government must be held accountable, and America must never surrender its constitutional principles to socialism or communism.
VFAF encourages conservatives, veterans, America First voters, and the Republican grassroots throughout Illinois’ 14th District to rally behind Jim Marter for Congress.
Common sense over communism. Freedom over government control. America First. 🇺🇸

FIGHTING COMMUNISM IS NOT POLITICS OF THE PAST
Fighting communism is certainly not a relic of the past. Anyone who believes the threat has disappeared should look at what is happening around the world—and at recent controversies here at home involving election systems, voter data, and foreign influence.
The lessons of Arizona, Fort Bend County Texas, and other states should not be ignored. Authoritarian ideologies thrive on chaos, confusion, distrust, and division. When Americans are divided against one another and grassroots movements are fractured from within, the result is an opening for increasingly centralized government and far-left control.
America cannot afford to become California on a national scale, with one-party political dominance creating policies and institutions that become increasingly difficult to reverse.
That is why Veterans for America First (VFAF) supports State Senator Greg Dolezal for Lieutenant Governor of Georgia. Dolezal understands the ideological threats facing our country, recognizes the risks, and has demonstrated that he is willing to fight for conservative principles.
VFAF encourages Georgia Republican voters and the grassroots America First movement to rally behind Senator Greg Dolezal for Lieutenant Governor of Georgia.
The fight for liberty, constitutional government, and the future of America is not over. 🇺🇸

VETERANS FOR AMERICA FIRST CALLS FOR NATIONWIDE SUPPORT FOR MIKE COLLINS TO DEFEAT JON OSSOFF AND FLIP GEORGIA’S U.S. SENATE SEAT
Veterans for America First (VFAF) is calling on America First conservatives and grassroots supporters nationwide to unite behind Congressman Mike Collins as he takes on Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff in the 2026 general election for U.S. Senate in Georgia.
VFAF proudly endorsed Collins in this critical race. Collins secured the Republican nomination after defeating Derek Dooley in the Georgia Republican primary runoff, earning approximately 390,000 votes to Dooley’s 312,000, according to reported results.
Now the focus must turn to November.
Georgia will be one of the most consequential Senate battlegrounds in the nation. Defeating Jon Ossoff and electing Mike Collins represents an opportunity to strengthen the America First agenda in Washington and send a proven conservative fighter to the United States Senate.
“Mike Collins has demonstrated that he is prepared to fight for the America First agenda, secure borders, American families, our veterans, and the conservative values that made this country great. Veterans for America First was proud to endorse Mike Collins, and now we are calling on America First patriots across the country to stand with him. Georgia is a national battleground, and taking this Senate seat back requires all of us. The primary is over. It is time to unite, organize, and win in November.”

VFAF: FOCUS ON THE MISSION – History teaches us that we must come together as a party. Losses will come regardless; attacking the Administration or each other only helps the communists.
There is a very strong historical pattern that the president’s party loses congressional seats in midterm elections, particularly in the House.
Brookings notes that the president’s party has lost House seats in 20 of the 22 midterm elections since 1938. The two exceptions were Bill Clinton in 1998 and George W. Bush in 2002, both involving unusual political circumstances and unusually high presidential approval.
Looking at the period from 1934 through 2018, the American Presidency Project calculated that the president’s party lost an average of 28 House seats and 4 Senate seats in midterms. Across those 22 elections, the president’s party gained House seats only three times and gained seats in both chambers only twice.
Some modern examples make the pattern particularly clear:
Midterm President President's Party House Change Senate Change
1994 Bill Clinton Democrat -53 -8
1998 Bill Clinton Democrat +4 0
2002 George W. Bush Republican +8 +2
2006 George W. Bush Republican -30 -6
2010 Barack Obama Democrat -63 -6
2014 Barack Obama Democrat -13 -9
2018 Donald Trump Republican -41 +2
2022 Joe Biden Democrat -9 +1
These figures come from the American Presidency Project's historical midterm database.
Another important variable is presidential approval. Gallup's historical analysis found that presidents below 50% approval saw their parties lose an average of 37 House seats, compared with an average loss of 14 seats when the president was above 50%.
