Most families are chasing offers without understanding the business behind them. Roster spots. Scholarship limits. Admissions. NIL. The portal. Etc. If you don’t understand the game off the field, you’ll lose on it. Talent gets you noticed. Being strategic gets you on a roster.

Talent alone is never enough. Guidance matters… My dad spent 40 years coaching high school football and helped a young @MichaelVick navigate the early stages of recruiting. The talent was obvious, but he still needed direction. Every student athlete needs someone in their corner to help them see the path.
