Hampton HS QB Marcus Chapman (@QB1MJ) is one of the top sleepers in the Class of ‘27. Currently holds an App State offer, but I expect that list to grow. 6’4 with a long, athletic frame, strong arm, commands the huddle, and plays both sides of the ball. A real steal for whoever lands him.
