- Add a 100ms delay before rotational assist tracks directional changes (slides, direction shifts)
- Reduce rotational aim assist by 70% when the right stick is centered. Stop letting only left-stick strafing have insane aim assist pull
- Cut aim assist strength by 50% within 0-7 meters to stop point blank lock-ons
- Reduce aim assist by another 10-20% for people playing on PC. This way it’s more balanced at the top level for people playing competitive, but the console players don’t feel as drastic of a change

this perfectly sums up the current state of warzone
a "streamer" loses aim assist in smoke and then gets out-aimed by someone using an 18 inch joystick extender
he then takes out his anger over his inability to aim without aim assist by abusing the report system

I have become super sensitive to the patterns introduced by many of the current generative models. I get triggered by contrastive negation and sloppy clip art. I want to see the output of your mind, raw existential expression, not filler

asking for an SBMM reduction before an aim assist nerf is ridiculous
a rotational aim assist nerf solves the same issue while still protecting the lowest skillbase
the MAIN reason why COD feels so sweaty is because everyone learned how to utilize rotational aim assist
Hey @CallofDuty, the best thing you could do right now is announce the REMOVAL of disbanding lobbies and / or the reduction of skill based matchmaking in Black Ops 7.
Both changes would be greatly welcomed by the majority of the COD community, sweats and casuals alike. 🤞

Blackout 2 will arrive Season 2 of Black Ops 7 and will be played on Avalon on next-gen consoles and PC only
the current version of Warzone (Verdasnk and Rebirth) will exist with a BR Casual Solos game mode and BR casual Quads game mode
"Warzone" will be officially sunsetted
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is pure speculation for the author. Nothing official even mentions Blackout 2 or Warzone in the recent Black Ops 7 reveal.
The screen with wingsuits isn’t even from a BR but from the upcoming co-op campaign.
This isn’t a leak, it’s just misleading information.

We've updated Tactical Sprint to no longer interrupt the weapon reload animation if a player begins to move and taps the sprint keybind. Players will simply reduce to normal sprint speed until the end of the reload.
