This quote is from the grandmother of improv, Violin Spolin. It articulates that point when two or more people are so in sync that no one knows who the leader/initiator is, and yet offers are still being made. #WednesdayWisdom

We all have #improv shows which we think are better than others. And we can spend a long time talking about what we feel didn't work. It's always worth remembering that the audience don't see what you see, and have probably seen something they really enjoyed. #WednesdayWisdom

Lots can be said about impro/v, but really, it comes down to inspiring your partner/team, in whatever way that is. :) #WednesdayWisdom
