PARENTS: If you are yelling at a referee during a youth sporting event, it is time to self-reflect.
It is not normal behavior.
Remember, it is your child’s experience, not yours.
Just cheer and support the team.

Worth noting: Public school athletes in NC now have fewer rights than private school athletes in NC... and at least 31 other states.
What a series of unfortunate, unforced errors by our state government.
Last week, the state board of education passed a new amateurism policy which included a ban on athletes at NC public high schools from profiting off NIL.
The NIL policy the NCHSAA adopted last year has officially been killed by the state government. highschoolot.com/story/state…

We will NOT stand for:
-Yelling obscenities
-Berating officials
-Criticizing hatefully
-Behaving aggressively
-Disrespecting others
High school athletic events are no place for such immature, childish behavior.
