These are U.S. citizens — they always had the legal right to vote. But you nearly disenfranchised them and took their rights away by wrongly labeling them non-citizens when you had no authority to do so. That is unconscionable. But tell yourself whatever you need to hear.
For once we agree @AZAGMayes your lawsuit was a waste of time. You spent four weeks refusing to provide the citizenship verification we requested. Then you went to court, provided exactly what I asked for, and agreed to dismiss your own lawsuit. This isn't your victory lap, it's a concession speech with confetti.

After successful mediation efforts, Recorder Heap will reinstate the voting status of citizens at issue in this case. It should not have taken litigation to make Justin Heap follow the law — that is his duty and the duty of all election officials.

State Rep. Matt Gress has touted getting a "Maricopa County Excellence Award" on social media amid his reelection fight.
But the county board of supervisors never created such an award. Instead, it was given out by a supervisor without board approval.

The same Kurt Olsen who just left his stint in the federal government searching for fraud.
Because he failed a polygraph.
This was the case in which @KariLake and @RealMarkFinchem argued that Arizona needs to use paper ballots (we do) and that there are gremlins in the tabulation machines (not the actual argument, but pretty close to it).
The attorneys were sanctioned by the federal district court in the amount of $122,000.
The Supreme Court declined to review that.

She's made a career of rabble rousing against the county on made up, or minor election issues
In the before time. The long long ago (last cycle), she would have, and has, railed into the recorder's office for minor snafus. Instead, she's trying to divert attention to the Board of Supervisors.

But because I'm not a liar:
Somebody made a mistake, and 3,000 (out of about 2 million) mail ballots went out early.
A whole three days early.
It's not a big deal. It has no effect on ability to vote. It has no effect on the integrity of the election.
