In a message to #KTASymposium2026 delivered by the Attorney General, H.E. President @KagutaMuseveni put a practical test to Africa’s Digital Single Market: Can a Ugandan business receive an order from another African country, get paid, arrange delivery, navigate customs and resolve a complaint without unnecessary friction? He called for regional cooperation to translate into simpler procedures businesses can actually use; reliable payments, efficient customs, affordable logistics, clearer tax obligations and stronger consumer trust.
